This tent meets the flammability requirements of CAI-84. The fabric may burn if left in continuous contact with any flame source. The application of any foreign substance to the tent fabric may render the flame-resistant properties ineffective. It is very important to read and follow the safety precautions before assembly and during the use of the product.. Keep all children and pets away from assembly area. 2. When assembling and using this product, basic safety precautions must always be followed to reduce risk of personal injury and damage to product or surroundings. 3. Ensure that all the parts are in the box before starting the assembly. Some parts may contain sharp edges, wear protective gloves. 4. This unit will take at least 5 hours to set up. You must schedule enough time to complete the assembly. You cannot leave it unattended if not fully assembled, even if bolted to the ground. At least 3 people are required for safe assembly. 5. Always install your unit on a level platform. The unit must be anchored to either wood or concrete using the appropriate screws for that flooring. 6. Check all screws for tightness before and during usage. 7. Your shelter has been created for all four seasons and will resist to snow accumulations of 2000 lbs. However, you must remove any snow accumulation on the roof. The mosquito nets must also be removed for winter storage. 8. Do not place any type of heat conductor under the sun shelter or within 5 feet of the unit including but not limited to a barbeque or space heater. 2
Warranty WHAT IS COERED The Capecod is guaranteed against defective materials for 3 years on the frame and it s finish and 2 years on the fabric and roof panels based on normal use of the product. Limited warranty applicable on parts only. WHAT IS NOT COERED Damages due to vandalism, abuse or wrong use of the product. Damages due to extreme weather conditions such as thunderstorm, windstorm and hailstorm. Rust, water infiltration, holes in polycarbonate roof panels, fabric and structure discoloration are not covered under warranty. Contact the SOJAG customer service team at -866-90-649. Operation The unit is a 4 season sun shelter, meaning it may be left up year round. However, any accumulation of snow must be removed from the roof of the unit at all times. Mosquito netting must be removed for storage during the winter. The unit must be anchored using the appropriate screws based on the flooring which it is be anchored to. Roof panels must be installed with the U protected side facing the sun. Failure to follow any of the previously mentioned requirements will void the warranty. Maintenance If this shelter needs repairs, DO NOT RETURN THE RODUCT TO SEARS. In case of a defective part or if a problem occurs while using the product, please contact SOJAG Customer Service at -866-90-649. Use the part number on the parts list to order replacement parts. Care and Cleaning For cleaning: Use a domestic soap or detergent and wash with warm water using a sponge or fabric. Rinse with clean water. Check all screws on a regular basis to maintain the solidity of the structure. 3

LANNING INSTALLATION It is the consumer s responsibility to comply with any building codes, ordinances, zoning limitations, or local homeowner s restrictions and obtain any required permit, before purchase and installation of the products. Install the complete Track (D & D) between two (2) Columns (B) using Screws (X). 7.2 Install the complete structure Bar (F & F) between Columns (A & A) using Screws (X). 7.3 Install Track (C) between Columns (A & B) and Track (C) between Columns (A & B) using Screws (X) so that the tracks are facing the inside of the shelter. NOTE: The longer pre-inserted screws found on Roof Bar (J) and Roof Bar (J) will be used in step 4. Step 9 9. Install Iron Angles () on each end of Structure Bars (D & D), (F & F) and (G & G) using Screws (). 9.2 Install Roof Bars (J & J) by inserting the 2 pre-installed screws found at their centers into the pre-drilled holes in Iron Angles () installed on Structure Bars (G & G). Secure with Nuts (Y). 9.3 Secure the ends of Roof Bars (J & J) with Screws () through the pre-drilled holes on the top of Iron Angles (). J F F J G G D D Y 0 Y J X6 J 5
CAUTION: One side of the roof panels is U protected. Make sure to put the U protected side facing the outside of the shelter. It is a very important procedure; if not followed as described, your roof will not be covered by the warranty. NOTE: The roof panels are covered with a plastic film identifying which side has a U protector. Once the plastic film is removed it is impossible to know which side has the U protector. We recommend removing the film one at a time just prior to installing the roof panel. Step 0 0. Insert Roof anel (Ka) and Roof anel (Kb) into the end of Tracks. 0.2 Insert Roof anel (K2a) and Roof anel (K2b) behind previously inserted roof panels until they are flush. Install Roof Bars (J2) by aligning the pre-inserted short screws found at their centers with the pre-drilled holes in Iron Angles () on Stucture Bars (G & G) and secure with Nuts (Y). 2.2 Secure the ends of Roof Bars (J2) to bars (D, D, F and F) with Screws () through the pre-drilled holes in Iron angles (). Step 5 5. Install Side Finishing End (M) and the Side Finishing End (M) using Screws (). M M M or M M M X4 2

Step 8 8. Slide Screw (W) in the end Roof Bar (J). Begin installing the left side of Roof Finishing Bar (I) by placing the Screw (W) into the left hand pre-drilled hole of the Roof Finishing Bar (I) and the pre-drilled hole of Finishing End (Q) and securing with Nut (Y). 8.2 Secure the center of Roof Finishing Bar (I) by using the same procedure with a Screw (W) into the first of 4 Roof Bars (J2), a Finishing End (Q2) and a Nut (Y). 8.3 Transition into the installation of Roof Finishing Bar (I2) by sliding Screw (W) into the second Roof Bar (J2), aligning the predrilled holes in Roof Finishing Bars (I) and (I2) and securing them with a Finishing End (Q2) and Nut (Y). 8.4 Transition into Roof Finishing Bar (I) by sliding Screw (W) into the third Roof Bar (J2), aligning the pre-drilled holes in Roof Finishing Bar (I) and (I2) and securing them with a Finishing End (Q2) and nut (Y). 8.5 Secure the center of Roof Finishing Bar (I) by using the same procedure with a Screw (W), the fourth Roof Bars (J2), a Finishing End (Q2) and a Nut (Y). 8.6 Finish off the installation of the Roof Finishing Bars by sliding Screw (W) in the end of Roof Bar (J). lace Screw (W) into the right hand pre-drilled holes of the Roof finishing Bar (I) and Finishing End (Q) and securing with nut(y). When installing long panel, make sure the corner of the mosquito net matches with Columns (B). Step 9 9. Install Mosquito Netting (S) on inner track s Hooks (R). Note: On this picture we have removed to roof panels only to show you where the Winter Solidifying Columns (B2 & B3) go. Step 20 This next step is only to be done for the winter season. 20. Install Winter Solidifying Column (B2) and the Winter Solidifying Column (B3) under the respective cross beams (the second and fourth crossbeans) before the winter season in order to solidify the roof due to heavy snow. Important: Screws are not included. This step is mandatory for the warranty to apply since this is a permanent structure. Step 2 2. In order to firmly secure your structure to the ground you need to use screws, in accordance to the surface your product will be installed upon. Make sure that the shelter in well levelled and square. Install the screws is the pre-drilled holes of the Bases (N & N) of the shelter. X4 Screws for this step are not included. 27
