Stauff - VForm Metric tube end forming with soft sealed connection for DIN 2353 fi tting systems STAUFF Form The STAUFF Form pre-assembly machine ensures time-saving, controlled production of the tube profile. The monitored process in conjunction with optimum tube guidance makes defective forming as a result of incorrect operation virtually impossible. Simple tool changes considerably contribute to reducing processing times. The clamping jaws and forming head can be replaced without tools. The clear marking of both tools prevents assembly errors due to incorrect combinations of tools and tube dimensions. The STAUFF Form pre-assembly device can be operated wherever an electrical connection with 400 V AC/16 A/50 Hz/4.0 kw is available. The device is equipped with a forming force and is easily manoeuvered using the handle provided. Tooling is available for Steel and Stainless Steel tubes, sizes 6-42L and 6-38S. The forming process is simply carried out using the special purpose STAUFF Form tube reshaping machine. The tube end is reshaped to a form that mates with the existing 24º core in a standard DIN2353 body. The STAUFF Form preassembly device is also available for hire, please consult your local Stauff offi ce for details. 3 STAUFF Form
Cutting Ring Fitting Flared Tube STAUFF Press - Pre-assembly and Flare The STAUFF-Press fl are & pre-assembly unit is designed for a leak free assembly of fl aring or cutting ring fi ttings on tube or hose ends with minimum training of operators. Advantages; Low, medium and high-pressure hoses, even for special applications Wide range of fi ttings, couplings, adaptors and hose ends Ready-made hose assemblies Stationary and portable hose crimping machines and equipment Tooling is also available for fl aring and pre-setting Universally usable for pre-setting metric cutting ring assembly and fl aring inch tubes. Suitable for all tube/pipe diameters from 6 to 42 mm, and 1/4 to 1 1/2 O.D. Absolute leakage-free assembly due to accurate pressure adjustment. Considerable reduction of times and cost for assembly. Short set-up times when changing the tube/pipe diameter or the fi tting type. STAUFF Press - Pre-assembly and Flare 4
Cutting Ring with integral Sealing Ring for metric DIN 2353 fi tting systems Metric Cone (BV-10) Weldless Repair System STAUFF Press - Hand Pump The STAUFF Press - Hand Pump manual pre-assembly device consists of a hand-pump pressure unit with a working piston and a pushing head. For assembly, one tool set is required per tube outside diameter. The assembly is carried out with pumping movements of the assembly lever. The STAUFF Press - Hand Pump assembly device also supports the correct pre-assembly result with a pressure gauge. The following can be pre-assembled; ES-4 cutting rings for a 6-42 mm outside tube diameter 2S cutting rings for a 6-42 mm outside tube diameter BV-10 fl ared cones for a 6-42 mm outside tube diameter All other cutting rings in accordance with the valid standards (DIN EN ISO 8434-1) As a manual device it can be used on site. However, for frequent assemblies, clamping in a vice is recommended. The offset side surfaces of the base plate enable fi rm centering in the vice jaws. Manual Tube Bending Kit STHB 622 The STAUFF Manual Tube Bending Machine is suitable for Imperial OD (1/4-3/4 ) and Metric OD (6-22 mm) tube in material Steel or Stainless Steel. Bending of custom fuel, brake, and hydraulic lines, even small diameter chassis tubing with quick setup and simple operation, produce quality bends in a variety of materials, and thicknesses. The STHB622 Manual Tube Bending Kit has the reliability and the fl exibility required for any tube project. 5 STAUFF Press - Hand Pump & Manual Tube Bend Kit
Internal Tube chamfering Tool External Tube Chamfering Tool De-burred tube shown on the right STAUFF De-Burr When working with tubes for conducting media, deburring the edge of the tube after cutting is an important working step. The STAUFF De-Burr is a mobile and fl exible machine for this function, especially the assembly of hydraulic lines demands clean deburring to enable plugging on and positioning the cutting ring accurately, thus ensuring good sealing tubes. Tubes of all materials and quality grades are easily deburred within seconds. By pressing the end of the tube to the special milling device, the superfl uous metal chips along the inner and outer tube edges are thoroughly removed and collected in a chip tray. The small, lightweight and robust table device is driven by an electric engine. Due to the fi xed rotation speed of the tools, it guarantees unusually long service life and almost mark-free deburring. Features; Suitable for tube and pipe sizes 6-48mm (¼ - ½ NB). Optional to 60,3 (2 ) OD. Compact and rugged table-top unit for mobile and flexible utilisation Special deburring tools made from HSS (high-speed steel) Special deburring tools with adjustable depth stop for generating defined chamfers Clean internal and external deburring due to the fixed rotation speed of the deburring tools Integrated collecting box for metal chips User-friendly and easy to service Replacement internal/external deburring heads available on request STAUFF De-Burr 6
