Quality Pipe Supports are specialists in fabrication steelwork. The design and detail of small and large structural frames can be carried out by our engineering department which can offer practical advice and assistance in all areas. MATERIALS All structural steel used is of high quality. Quality Pipe Supports offer a wide range of steel including carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and low temperature steels. All steels will have full mechanical and chemical test certificates. When requested, full traceability of material will be given. QUALITY ASSURANCE Quality Pipe Supports documented Quality Assurance Manual and Procedures are written to comply with ISO 9001. Our quality manual is available for inspection on request and we welcome Quality Audits to verify our system. Where contracts require, a specific quality plan can be submitted and implemented into our workshops. Comprehensive material traceability is a standard function on all incoming goods. This can be achieved in all stages of manufacture on request. SURFACE FINISHES All standard surface preparations and finishes are available to steelwork. Shotblasting is carried out to Swedish standard SA 2.5. Alternative surface preparation can be achieved on request. We offer a large range of painting systems to suit all types of environments. Our standard finishes are: Zinc Electro Plating Hot Dip Galvanizing Sherardizing Cadmium Plating EXPERIENCE OF FABRICATIONS IN ALL STANDARD SECTIONS. HIGH QUALITY CARBON STEEL, LOW TEMP STEEL, ALLOYS AND STAINLESS STEEL. APPROVED WELD PROCEDURES, QUALIFIED WELDERS. MANUFACTURED TO ISO 9001 REQUIREMENTS. FULL MATERIAL TRACEABILITY WHERE REQUIRED.
