OIA INDIA EYE CARE CENTRE OIA Eye Care Centre is a dedicated eyecare state-of-theart facility in the campus of Zewditu Memorial Hospital at Addis Ababa. The facility has an in-house training centre for surgeons, paramedic and administrative staff to build local human resources.
