Annual Convention Recap Market Taiwan s 2016 Annual Convention was held last weekend and was a resounding success! Here s an in-depth look at how the event unfolded. Guest night The guest night on April 29 kicked off the convention. Executive Director Simon Liu gave an overview of the company and shared the future potential of the UnFranchise Business with our guests. Day 1 Nearly 20,000 people filled Nan Kang Exhibition Center on April 30 with their passion and energy. For the first time at a Market Taiwan Annual Convention, there were UnFranchise Owners queued outside the exhibition hall the night before so they could be seated in the front to listen to the speakers! Learning is the key to ongoing income.
Field Vice President Johnny Huang spoke about the current economic crisis in Taiwan and how TW.SHOP.COM offers a great entrepreneurial opportunity for success with the UnFranchise Business.
Charlie Shen, Senior Manager of the Sales Department, discussed the new technologies and tools of Market Taiwan. The audience learned how the advantages of internet marketing through TW.SHOP.COM advanced the overall Market Taiwan marketing strategy, offering a bright, competitive future for your UnFranchise Business. The audience was overwhelmed by the convention s featured speaker, Special Projects Consultant Kevin Buckman. Kevin shared with the audience the philosophy and vision of President and CEO JR Ridinger. He also discussed the great power of the UnFranchise System and the Shopping Annuity for building sustainable business success. In his second session of the day, Kevin taught us how to leverage the NMTSS to develop the UnFranchise Business. And he also shared his know-how and valuable experience of running an UnFranchise Business for 20 years.
Asia-Pacific Regional Director and Country Manager of Hong Kong Anthony Kwan presented the plan for Asia-Pacific Unification and Global Unification.
The afternoon session opened with recognition of newly promoted UnFranchise Owners. Let us applaud loud for their achievements! Market Taiwan Motives Sales and Training Development Consultant Charleen Kao shared the latest trends of the acclaimed Motives brand and introduced new Motives products. The glamour of the Motives runway show brought passionate applause.
Hosted by Charlie Shen, Senior Manager of the Sales Department, four outstanding UnFranchise Owners National Supervising Coordinators Lin Meng-Han and Chan Ya-Han, and Supervising Coordinators Lin Tse-Shuin and Hao Jia-Lung joined on stage to share their experience in prospecting, sponsoring and recruiting by leveraging the Shopping Annuity.
Kevin returned to the stage to talk about the big picture of Market America. Kevin shared the company s 24-year history, including having just seven people starting the company and only 76 participants in the first Market America event.
Day 2 mawebcenters Sales Manager Alice Liu spoke about the many features and functions of mawebcenters and of its unique role in building an UnFranchise Business. mawebcenters provides professional technologies and comprehensive online support. Alice also invited successful UnFranchise Owners including Lin, Jia-Hua, Chen, Jie-Ling, Weng, Zong-Biao and Su, Hui-Qin, Zheng, Kai-Wen and Shi, Qiao-Yu, Yang, Kai-Wen to share their experiences of retailing and recruiting.
Market Taiwan Senior Product Manager Patrick Hsieh introduced the latest nutrition products and explained their benefits. After that, Professional Coordinator Frank Yang and National Supervising Coordinator Steve Lee shared professional knowledge of nutrition, health care and preventive medicine.
Executive Director Katherine Yin told the audience to be the product of the product, and leverage social media to promote themselves. The more you can duplicate with the retail skills you learn, the more successful you can be in your UnFranchise Business.
Social media marketing is the latest sales trend. Executive Supervising Coordinator Frank Chang talked about his personal retail experience and how social media can help develop an UnFranchise Business. Market Taiwan Partner Store Manager Julia Sun outlined the latest developments and business performance generated by our Partner Stores. She also invited Mr. Ting, Sunbathed Noodles Manager; Mrs. Chen, GOMAJI Marketing Deputy Manager; and Mr. Lee, Deputy Manager of Kuai-3 to introduce themselves and the huge benefits brought by the partnership on both sides.
Senior Sales Manager Charlie Shen hosted Million Dollar Club panels and invited Dr. Lin, Julie Tseng and Jamie Huang to illustrate how they became club members. New members Yvonne Huang, Amanda Tsai, and Hsin Huang also shared their success with us.
Before the afternoon sessions, Stacy Tung s team led a wake-up dance and brought energy to the scene. Jerry Chen, Market Taiwan Assistant Regional Sales Manager South, and Regional Sales Manager North Lisa Lin recognized President s, Motives, mawebcenters and TLS challenge winners and other leaders. This was followed by recognition of Master UnFranchise Owner, Taiwan Leadership Council, NFC and Million Dollar Club members.
Leaders recognized included best Certified Trainer Cai, Li-Qing; best Motives Certified Trainer Hu, Wen-Ling; best mawebcenters Certified Trainer Weng, Zong-Biao; and best Shopping Consultant Xu, Pei-Qi.
Market Taiwan TLS Business Development and Training Consultant Dr. Chu-Ya introduced TLS, the 21-Day Challenge and Find Your Fit. The session helped all attendees learn how to cultivate healthy living and develop their UnFranchise Businesses with TLS.
Director Wong Ming-Chi shared how to prospect, recruit and sponsor by building a solid foundation. She taught us the correct way to prospect through meetings and appointments. Executive Directors Peng Mei-Shan and Peng Mei-Ling, and Supervising Coordinator Peng Wei-Deng shared with the audience how family members work together to run a successful UnFranchise Business that realizes a family s dreams.
Last but not least, Executive Field Vice President Stacy Tung discussed the correct methods you should use to build a solid organization, including the power of effective teamwork. She also taught us to help more partners successfully activate their UnFranchise Business through duplication, and how to use the great support of the UnFranchise System to achieve the goal of ongoing income.
Market Taiwan Country Manager Claire Ni closed the Annual Convention with a touching and motivating speech. She illustrated the importance of hard work and helping others to realize their dreams.
