Your Official Photograph The Students Union & Ede & Ravenscroft For over 20 years the Students Union has hosted the Official University Graduation photography and our partners Ede & Ravenscroft are experts at graduation photography. They know how to get those tricky hoods sitting just right as well as ensuring that your photo is taken as effectively and professionally as possible. The Union also receives a share of the profits from each photo package sold so by having your photograph taken in the Union you are ensuring the services we provide continue for future Queen s students. Plus your family can sit and relax in our waiting area with a cup of tea or coffee on us. When is the studio open? Thursday 14 December 8.30am - 6.00pm Friday 15 December 8.30am - 6.00pm Pop in at any stage during this these times. We are ready when you are. TOP TIP! Our least busiest times are 8.30-12pm & 2-4pm! What packages are available? Take a look through our photo packages Ede & Ravenscroft on page 4/5. You can opt for more than one package if, for example, you would like a photo of you and your family as well as an individual photo of yourself. Just fill in the packages you want on your pre-order form, or your order on the day - easy-peasy! Where do I get my photo taken? The Official University Photographers Studio is on the first floor of the Students Union (opposite the Queen s Lanyon building on University Road). Remember, you can come and get your photo taken at any time - you don t need to pre-order, although it s good if you do as you get an exclusive pre-order discount and you bypass the payment process on the day which will save you time. What does the Students Union Offer? Efficient and trusted professional photography service for over 20 years. Photography packages, starting at 35 (excludes postage and packaging). Free tea & coffee while you wait. Comfortable waiting area for you and your family. We accept cash, credit and debit card payments for all photo packages on the day. Full use of the Students Union s facilities including our shop, bar, cafes and restaurant. Live streaming of graduation ceremonies. 3
