Lifting Engineering Capability & Experience

Results for our customers The WorleyParsons consulting group is a collaborative, multidisciplinary team with a broad range of strategic, technical and project delivery expertise. We combine this knowledge to help our clients meet the competing interests of; the project, environment, and community, thus mitigating and managing risk, saving time and cost whilst improving performance. 2 WorleyParsons

Introduction The Lifting Engineering (LE) Team is a specialist group within WorleyParsons providing technical support to the supply chain that links the point of supply to the workface; whether it is a drilling rig, offshore platform, supply vessel, FPSO vessel, supply base or onshore The LE team evolved from the larger structural engineering discipline within the Hydrocarbons sector in 1995 to provide specialist services to the oil and gas industries in the areas of lifting and material handling. WorleyParsons Hydrocarbon sector services the oil and gas industry (upstream hydrocarbons) and the refining and petrochemical industry (downstream hydrocarbons). With the experience gained over the last 10+ years and with the support from the global network of WorleyParsons, the LE team can add significant value to our customers. Specific areas in which the LE team can add value include: Assessment of HSE systems and provide/strengthen gap analysis Establish and maintain project-specific lifting register Establish and maintain Owner Company lifting register Establish standards and implement compliance Risk assessment of lifting operations Prepare and implement lifting plans Prepare and implement engineered lifts of equipment JHAs Ensure safe lifting operations are in place for irregular equipment Design and verification of equipment Manufacture of lifting equipment Work effectively in remote locations Lifting Engineering Capability & Experience 3

Capability overview Lifting Management By combining skilled engineers and proven processes, we can review, advise and assist with the lifting management from the assessment of the current system through to gap analysis and the implementation of corporate standards and operational plans. Lifting Plans For routine and non-routine lifts, we can carry out risk assessments and prepare from simple generic to highly sophisticate lifting plans for both small irregular pieces of equipment to 500t + pieces of equipment. This includes cranage, sea transport and installation aids. Lifting Register The LE team administers a webbased lifting register that is used by many clients and equipment vendors for drilling and subsea operations. It provides an efficient and effective process to underpin the lifting management system applied within a company, across various companies, or on a project that can be accessed in any place that has internet availability. 4 WorleyParsons

Offshore Lifted Equipment The LE team specialises in engineering, manufacture, inspection, testing and maintenance of offshore lifted equipment such as cargo containers, equipment skips, offshore bins and mobile work shops. We currently have over 20 standard designs for lifted equipment ranging from workshops to longstock baskets. Heavy Lifts WorleyParsons LE team can do design review of heavy lifts issue lift plans to ensure the lifts are completed in a safe, efficient and effective way. Rigging We have extensive expertise in selecting, designing and specifying the correct rigging assembly for the lift. The correct selection of chain, wire rope or soft slinging in conjunction with rigging attachments will help ensure the lift is efficient, cost effective and safe. Verification of Lifted Equipment Verified over 8,000 individual items of lifted equipment for a broad cross section of customers in several industries has given WorleyParsons credibility to be the verifier of choice for many lifted equipment owners both in Australia and internationally. Previous performance Pyrenees Project BHP BILLITON NW SHELF, WA A large scale drilling and subsea operation. WorleyParsons LE team provides support and verification for all the offshore equipment being installed subsea and on multiple platforms. This includes verification of all specialised equipment being used and installed on and from both platforms, Ocean Epoch, and the pipe laying barges Jascon 25 and Toisa Proteus. Lifting Engineering also keeps a complete and up to date register of all containers, baskets, workshops and equipment skids which enables maintenance and verification of equipment readily available. Reports are issued monthly at the clients request to show all equipment that is being used and all verification on equipment is processed quickly and as needed. Pluto Project WOODSIDE ENERGY LTD NW SHELF, W.A. Pluto project for Woodside Energy Ltd is an on going drilling campaign that our LE team is supporting and maintaining equipment register for all standard equipment and providing compliance for all nonstandard items. All equipment is verified by LE before being shipped and all non standard equipment is review and tested to ensure the safety and efficiency for all parties involved with the project. A specialised lifting plan has been developed by the LE team and used for all major lifting operations both day and night time lifts. Browse Basin SHELL DEVELOPMENT NW SHELF, W.A. Browse Basin drilling campaign for Shell Development Australia is a drilling campaign using the drilling rig Songa Venus. Shell Development Australia relies on WorleyParsons LE team to maintain and verify all equipment prior to being shipping out from Supply Base at Broome. Maintenance reports were issued weekly during drilling operations to ensure all equipment is maintained and complying to EN12079, DNV2.7-1 and DNV2.7-3 standards. Reports were issued to the client and to all vendors directly to make sure that all outstanding tests were carried out and comply with standards. 6 WorleyParsons
