Crafting a Sales plan that actually Works Review your sales goals and your actual sales for 2012. What is the difference? What have you done this year to grow sales? What is your plan for Holiday sales? Goal for Marketing & PR List your top five dream placements that you want to be featured in for holiday this year. Breaking Down Your Goals Long-term goals are awesome for creating a vision for your future, but such broad goals are mere pipe dreams if you do not break them down into manageable chunks. We will use a personal business goal as an example. Start with your 1 year goal and work backwards. Choose one of your 1 year goals and break it down into monthly and daily mini goals. Example: Yearly To earn $180,000 in a single calendar year from my jewelry business. I must earn $15,000 in profit each month. I must earn $750 in profit each day. Now that you have the goal broken down into manageable pieces, you need to create at least 3 specific actions each day that point directly to achieving your goals. Example: 1.
