Assembly and Installation Instructions Step 1: Select a clear area and lay out the frame legs on the floor by Leg B to Leg B and Leg C to Leg C. Fig. 1a Fig. 1b Be very careful in this step. Make sure both Leg Tube B and Leg Tube C are laid down opposite in position as shown in Fig. 1a. 3
When you are facing each of the 4 legs, the holes positions should be the one with a tick as shown in Fig. 1b. If you find any of the 4 legs, when it faces you, with the holes positions like the drawing with a cross, please rearrange it. Step 3: Slide the Frame Legs into the Frame Leg Foam being careful to keep the legs in the same order as in Step 1. See Fig. 3 below. Fig. 3 Step 4: Please follow the steps show in Fig 4. to assemble the screws. Assemble the handle by fixing the handle legs together to form an arch. Make sure the locking snap pin fits into the hole. Place the handle arch in between the Frame Legs. Make sure that each of these is separated with 2 spacers. DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN THE NUTS BEFORE THE ENTIRE FRAME LEGS ARE ASSEMBLED. Secure frame legs together. For this final step of the installation process, place a space between the frame legs and then insert the shorter bolts into the square shaped holes, through the spacer and through the hole on the other frame leg. Tighten using a washer and nut. Repeat this for the remaining frame legs. See Fig.4 4
Fig 4 Ensure the trampoline is on completely level ground and the mat and leg structure are square with each other. Then fully tighten each nut and bolt. Step 6: If you find the trampoline is not flat for instance either leg cannot touch the ground, that is because of the tension and fittings of the tubes. 5
Press the trampoline diagonally, or bend a bit of the leg that cannot touch ground in order to make the trampoline completely flat. NB Ensure all the nuts and bolts are secure before use. (See Fig. 5a and Fig. 5b ) Fig. 5a Fig. 5b 6
