Every year, we produce more than 70,000 gear systems. Trust a manufacturer: we produce your special parts with the same care as ours. 90 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT All our gears are manufactured in-house, unlike many other manufacturers who have outsourced this know-how. We have developed a perfect mastery of the specific profiles for the gearings, giving them exceptional resistance. A FLEXIBLE MANUFACTURING Our manufacturing system allows us a very high flexibility for the manufacture of small batches in record time. The larger batches are handled by our Mitsubishi GE15A CNC machine. We manufacture double-sided and helical gears M0.3 to M2 and diameters from 4 mm to 150 mm. We use a wide range of plastic and metal materials, for wheels and pinions. Our superficial treatments make it possible to optimize the durability and to adapt the bearing to the required characteristics.
