On a motion of Councilman Quatroche, seconded by Councilman Cavalcoli, the following BE IT RESOLVED, that the use of a Town vehicle is authorized for travel to Saratoga Springs to attend the NYS Highway Superintendent Association Conference from September 25, 2007 to September 28, 2007 for Highway Superintendent, Jim Connolly. 3.

This will be an advance to cover the cost of up front engineering services that are being done at the present time. This money is reimbursable from the State Grants and will be done once the project is complete. 7.
