Traditional Optics We provide a full range of traditional components with spherical, cylindrical, flat and toroidal surfaces. Components are available in diameters as small as a few millimeters to as large as several hundred millimeters for large-scale projects. Spherical Optics Our spherical optics are manufactured in many sizes. We have a large number of standard cemented positive and negative achromats that are available on short notice. Since we produce to order, this allows us to alter tolerances or coating for custom requirements. The newest lens catalogs in OpTaliX, ZEMAX, CODE V and OSLO include our machined asphere designs and our large collection of achromats. A complete list is also available on our website at www.archeroptx.com. Cylindrical Optics We supply cylindrical optics on a made-to-order basis using a variety of materals. Flatwork Acher OpTx can provide flats and prisms as small as one millimeter and as large as several hundred millimeters on a side. Our facilities produce thousands of quality prisms and flats; we can make room for yours. Glass and other materials, such as Zerodur, are available as needed. Whether you need a prism you can pick up with tweezers or one that requires a crane, Archer OpTx can meet your needs. Toroids and other unusual shapes Our abilities are not confined to standard shapes. Our experienced personnel can make atypical and demanding shapes such as toroids. Coatings We offer standard and high-power optical coatings on products according to your specifications. Even somewhat esoteric coatings such ITO can be provided to add the finishing touches to your product. Optical Filters Archer OpTx provides optical filters of various types and configurations utlizing hard dielectic coatings, soft dielectic coatings and metals. Sophisticated coating chambers, software and metrology facilities make these highperformance filters possible. Tolerances of ± 5 nm on center wavelength and pass band are routine; for special projects, 1 nm tolerances are possible. Precision grind & polish
