Household Home Screen On your Household Home Screen, under the Team Roles section, select view. If you do not see this option, it means you are not set up as a manager or web admin for your team. Please email michellemccab@comcast.net to be added. April 2015 Page 2
Manager/Web Admin Home Screen On your Manager/Web Admin Home Screen, you will see tabs across the top of the screen, similar to the example below (you may have additional tabs, depending on your access level). April 2015 Page 3
TEAM EVENTS/SCHEDULE INSTRUCTIONS Events Tab To add team events, such as training and games, select the Events tab and click add event. April 2015 Page 4
Add Events Screen Select the Event Type from the drop down list. See below for specific instructions for the most common event types. April 2015 Page 5
Add Events Screen Recurring Events (Team Training, SAQ, Camp, Street Soccer, Interclub, Technical Training, End of Season Training, ACL Prevention, Goalkeeping) To enter Recurring Events, such as those listed above, select the Event Type from the Event Type drop down list. Then, enter the start/end date and time, venue, city, state and field for the first event date, not the entire session. Click Add Event. Once the first event is created, you will have the option to duplicate the event to span the entire session (see next steps). April 2015 Page 6
Recurring Events Duplication Duplicate Button on Event Home Screen Once you have added the initial recurring event, you have the option to duplicate the event to span the entire session on the Team Events home screen by clicking the duplicate button (see below). April 2015 Page 7
Duplicate Event Screen Once you click duplicate, you will be taken to the Duplicate Event screen where you need to select the Number of Weeks to Duplicate from the drop down list. Then, click the Duplicate button. When you return to the Add Event home screen, you will notice the recurring events have been created. April 2015 Page 8
Deleting Events If there is an event that needs to be cancelled during the recurrence (i.e. a holiday), you can delete the single event date from the Add Event home screen by clicking delete. This will not affect the other occurrences of your recurring event. If this was a Holiday April 2015 Page 9
Add Events Screen Non-Tournament Games (MRL, State Cup and Friendly, MSDSL, MSPSL, MSYSA DA, National League, and TSW Indoor League Games) To enter game events, including those listed above, select the appropriate game type from the Event Type drop down list. Then, enter the General Information and Game Information. Click Add Event. A few notes are provided below: An Opponent is required. For games where the opponent is unknown (i.e. State Cup Final), you can enter State Cup Final in the Opponent field If the game is scheduled in the future, please do not enter an outcome, team score, or opponent score at this time (see Adding Game Results section below). Add Events Screen Tournament Games To enter tournament game events, select Tournament Game from the Event Type drop down list. Then, select the appropriate tournament from the Tournament drop down list. If the tournament does not appear in the drop down, please email michellemccabe@comast.net to assign your team to the tournament. Next, enter the General Information and the Game Information. If the game is scheduled in the future, please do not enter an outcome, team score, or opponent score at this time. Click Add Event. A few notes are provided below: An Opponent is required. For games where the opponent is unknown (i.e. Tournament Quarter Final), you can enter Quarter Final in the Opponent field. You may also want to include the home state of the Opponent in parenthesis (see below). April 2015 Page 11
Adding Game Results Edit Event After games have taken place, you can go back into the event and enter the game results within the event by clicking the Edit Event button to the right of the event within the Add Events home screen. April 2015 Page 12
Add Game Outcome After clicking edit, scroll down to the Game Information section on the home screen for the game/event and select win, loss, or tie from the Outcome drop down box. You can then enter the Team Score and Opponent Score. Click Save. April 2015 Page 13
TEAM ACCOMPLISHMENTS INSTRUCTIONS Accomplishments Tab To add a team accomplishment, such as a tournament win, select the Accomplishments tab and click Add Accomplishment. Add Accomplishments Screen Enter the accomplishment data. Be sure to click the Save button. April 2015 Page 14
Accomplishments Order Once you have entered your team accomplishments, they will appear within the accomplishments tab with the option to edit, delete, or re-order each accomplishment. The order that they appear on this screen is the order that they will appear on your team page (and on the team profile PDF for U15+ teams). You may choose to order the accomplishments by date or by importance (i.e. state cup championship may be more important than a tournament win). April 2015 Page 15
TEAM LINKS INSTRUCTIONS Links Tab To add a team link, such as a picture sharing website, select the Links tab and click Add Link. Add Links Screen Enter the link data including the URL address and a Description. Be sure to click the Save button. April 2015 Page 16
Links Order Once you have entered your team links, they will appear within the links tab with the option to edit, delete, or re-order each link. The order that they appear on this screen is the order that they will appear on your team page. April 2015 Page 17
TEAM PICTURE INSTRUCTIONS Picture Tab To add a team picture, select the Picture tab and click Choose File. Add Picture Screen Navigate the picture file to be uploaded in the Choose File to Upload screen, and click Open. April 2015 Page 18
