The price for the yearly bulk mail permit has gone up to $190 plus the monthly postage will be increasing from $23 to almost $35 dollars for an average of about $50 a mailing. Sending 100 newsletters or less by first class mail and the rest by email will be a big savings. Tuxedo must include a black cummerbund and Black bow tie. SHIRT: White,1/4 inch pleads (NO RUFFLES) Shirt must have a full collar ("BAT WING" STYLE IS NOT PERMITTED this is the small, pointy collar). GLOVES: White SHOES/SOCKS: Black-Lace up, NO Western BOOTS (Ropers are Okay) SUSPENDERS: Are Optional NO VEST ARE PERMITTED NO SUNGLASSES or LAPEL PINS : only the 4th Degree Pin is permitted.
