Quilt Show Registrations The Entry Forms are in and we ve seen the photos (or drawings). Once again, your quilts will be the stars of our show. We have over 300 entries. Your quilts can be delivered to the Clark County Event Center on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 between 9 and 11 AM. No parking fees that day. Make sure your quilt includes a label with your name and contact information plus a sewn-in 4 sleeve. Jelly Roll Race Be sure to sign up with Jean Seale. In addition to our Friday race at 1:00, we will have a second sprint on Saturday at 11 AM. Quilting Delights, one of our sponsors, will be signing up teams too. Find a friend and get yourself registered for this great race! Quilting Delights is also providing Bernina sewing machines if you don t want to bring your own. Bring Once in a Blue Moon home with you! CCQ will be photographing the quilts entered in our 2018 show, Once in a Blue Moon, and making copies of the photos available for purchase. This year the photos will be on a thumb drive. The cost will remain $10.00. Orders and prepayment will be taken at the March Guild meeting (at the Library table) and during the quilt show (at the Membership and Pins and Promotions desk). Stop by and purchase your copy! If you pre-order, your copy should be ready for pickup during the social hour at the April 12 Quilt Show Awards Program. Name our Quilt Show Hopefully you put your entry in the can at the March meeting and we are now sorting and sorting and sorting. We will choose the five entries that came up most often and you will vote as a membership at the April Awards Ceremony.
First Aid This year the Quilt Show team will have a First Aid booth located near the main entrance. There will be daily First Aid tips. A small kit will be available for small injuries.
