This method was discovered by one of my students who ended up making $57,000+ from just ONE sale. This was the same exact method he followed. And I'm now handing it to you. And I personally made my very first $8k online by doing this. But take my student for example... he made $57,000 doing this. So the sky's the limit. Alright here's what you're going to do... You're going to drive traffic to a new site and SELL it on Flippa.com. One of the best things you can do in business, especially in an online business, is to build up an asset, and then SELL it for a big payday. And I've got a simple 8 step formula for doing this easily. How'd I come up with this formula? By picking the brain of my student who did $57k with this. From just one sale. And he also shared his exact listing with me and so I made sure to model after it. So this is PROVEN to work... this isn't a bunch of smoke and mirrors. Basically what you want to do is list your site at Flippa.com AFTER it's getting traffic and making a few sales. Let's assume your site is making just $200/mo. As a general rule of thumb, you can usually get 10x whatever you're making per month on a website that you're selling at Flippa.com.

So if your site is making $200/month, then you could most likely sell it for $2k. (as long as you have some decent screenshots of the money it's pulling in, as well as the traffic) Flippa.com is basically like an ebay for websites. And your website will go to the highest bidder. And you can of course offer a 'buy it now' price as well. "But Spencer, how do I know my site will sell?" Answer: You will have FAR greater chances of selling your site(s) if you follow this 8 step formula. When you go to list your site at Flippa, and you go to fill out the description for your auction, use this 8 step formula and you will get the MOST $ possible. The Simple 8 Step Formula To Making $1k to $3k (+MORE) At Flippa 1. In 1 sentence, say how much money and traffic your site has brought in, and in what time frame. 2. In 3 4 sentences, say what your site is about. 3. List everything included with the sale (domain name, content, email list (if it comes with one), graphics, ongoing support, etc). 4. In a 2 3 paragraphs, share your thoughts on the domain and its huge potential. 5. In 1 2 paragraphs, go into more detail about the traffic that the domain has generated.

6. Explain why you're selling this domain. 7. Give more details about how the transfer of the domain will happen. 8. Offer to help guide them after the sale to make sure traffic and sales continue to come in. There you have it. Use that formula. Sell your sites when they are a bit established. And get the BIG paydays, and rinse and repeat this over and over again. Just make sure you attach any and all PROOF screenshots of both traffic AND revenue generated to your Flippa listing. Do that and people will get into a HUGE bidding war for your domain name. Don't overthink this. And you can bank $1k to $3k in no time. And you can do this as many times as you like. UNANNOUNCED BONUS: Text Affiliate Links Or Banner Ads? Which is better...text affiliate links? Or banner ads? From what I've seen, from my own niche sites, text affiliate links (that are within the actual blog posts) do wayyyy better than banner ads. I think it's because we've become used to ignoring ads. Or at least trying to ignore ads. And when a link is within a blog post, we don't see it as an ad. And that's why people are way more receptive to it. So if you want to make more money with these simple sites, then I suggest you focus more on text affiliate links... Yes, you can use banner ads. I'm not saying to avoid them completely. But I'd stick to the 80/20 rule here... 80% of your efforts should be on making sure those text affiliate links are in the right place. And the other 20% of your efforts should be on banner ads.
