STEP.Slide STACK SPACERS(7), RUBBER CUSHIONS(5) onto GUIDE RODS(8) and insert into holes in LEFT WEIGHT BASE() as shown..slide WEIGHT PLATE(8) onto GUIDE ROD(8) as shown. Assemble TOP PLATE(8) to SELECTOR ROD(80) using the TOP PLATE BOLT(7), Slide TOP PLATE(8) onto GUIDE RODS(8) and inserting SELECTOR ROD(80) into center hole of WEIGHT PLATES(8). Visually check to make certain GUIDE ROD(8) are fully seated in top in top and bottom holes. All WEIGHT PLATES(8) are facing the proper direction and STACK SPACER(7), RUBBER CUSHION(5) are installed properly..place TOP BEAM(9) over the top of GUIDE ROD(8) and attach to REAR SUPPORT() AGAIN DO NOT TIGHTEN UNTIL ALL COMPLETED using one /" x " HEX HEAD BOLT(59), one /" x -/" HEX HEAD BOLT(58) three /" WASHER() and one /" NYLON NUT() and to FRONT SUPPORT(5) using two /8" x -/" HEX HEAD BOLT, four /8" WASHER() and two /8" NYLON NUT()..Tighten all bolts. Tighten LEVER ARM() to /" x " AXLE(5) using SETSCREW(7) to tighten with included hex wrench..tighten PRESS ARM() and LEVER ARM() to /" x " AXLE(5) using 5/6" x /" SETSCREW(7) and included HEX WRENCH..Attach ADJUSTABLE TUBE() to LEVER ARM() using /" x " HEX HEAD BOLT(59), two /" WASHER() and /" NYLON NUT(). Tighten and then back off bolt so that ADJUSTABLE TUBE() swing freely. 5.Attach CHROME INSERT TUBE() to PRESS ARM() using /" x " HEX HEAD BOLT(59), two /" WASHER() and /" NYLON NUT(). 6.Insert CHROME INSERT TUBE() into ADJUSTABLE TUBE(). STEPA.Screw the threaded end of ADJUSTMENT CABLE into the threaded receptor on ADJUSTABLE TUBE(). Attach cable to bracket by placing washers and nuts on each side of bracket and tighten..slide cable through rear large slot in PRESS ARM() along inside, out slot toward from of PRESS ARM() and back into most forward slot. Being careful to not crease the cable, pull cable end out of the top hole next to CONTROL HANDLE(6)..Attach cable end to CONTROL HANDLE(6) using one M6 ROUND HEAD SCREW(7) and one M6 NYLON NUT(78). (make sure welded pieces angle downward and to the front of the gym.).slide R & L PEC DEC ARMS(0R & 0L) axles through ADJUSTABLE CAMS(7) and through /" STEEL BUSHING(9) on PEC DEC SUPPORT(6) as shown..be certain the two ADJUSTABLE CAMS(7) are evenly seated on PEC DEC SUPPORT(6) and PEC DEC ARMS(0R & 0L) are WORKING SMOOTHLY for before tighten with /" WASHER() and /" NYLON NUT()..Wet inside of " X " ROLLER PAD(9) with water and slide onto PEC DEC ARMS(0). Insert threaded end of TOP CABLE(8) into slot in front of TOP BEAM(9), over pulley T, T, around pulley T, over pulleys T, T5 and screw into SELECTOR ROD(80) as shown. (DO NOT tighten nut at this time.) (It will be necessary at T to remove bolt and thread cable over the top before re-assembling and tightening.) TOP CABLE(8) T T5 Do not use this TOP CABLE if you own the optional LEG PRESS. If you are attaching the LEG PRESS, please use the longer TOP CABLE (8A) found in the LEG PRESS box. PEC DEC CABLE.Loosely attach pulleys P and P and CABLE GUIDE() to PEC DEC PULLEY BRACKET(5)..Insert one end of PEC DEC CABLE(85) into receiver on left ADJUSTABLE CAM(7) as shown and route cable over pulley, behind FRONT SUPPORT(5), over pulley and insert opposite end into receiver on right ADJUSTABLE CAM(7)..Place pulley P over the PEC DEC CABLE(85) and attach SINGLE PULLEY BRACKET() as shown and let it dangle behind FRONT SUPPORT(5)..Tighten bolts. AB CABLE.Attach pulley A and L7 in appropriate holes of FLOATING PULLEY BLOCK() as shown..insert threaded end of AB CABLE(86) into slot in FRONT SUPPORT(5) and route around pulley A and screw into SINGLE PULLEY BRACKET() hanging from PEC DEC CABLE(85).. Insert a /8" x -/" HEX HEAD BOLT(66) in hole above pulley and tighten with two /8" WASHER() and /8" NYLON NUT(). Attach pulley A to FRONT SUPPORT(5) using /8" x -/" HEX HEAD BOLT(65), two INSERT SPACE(5), two WASHER() and /8" NYLON NUT(). LOWER CABLE.Insert the small ballt end(opposite ball end) through SWIVEL PULLEY BRACKET(6) and attach pulleys L and L..Loosely attach pulleys L and L opposite side away from weight stack and CABLE GUIDES() to LEVER ARM() and LEVER BASE(0) using two /8" x -/" HEX HEAD BOLT(6), four /8" WASHERS() and /8" NYLON NUT(). .Attach pulley L6 to CENTER BASE() using /8" x -/" HEX HEAD BOLT(65), two /8" WASHERS(), two INSERT SPACES(5) and /8" NYLON NUT(). Be certain to route LOWER CABLE(87) under neath. 5.Attach pulley L7 in the fifth holeof the FLOATING PULLEY BLOCK() hanging from AB CABLE(86). 6.Route LOWER CABLE(87) over pulley L7. Insert pulley L8 into CENTER BASE() being certain to run LOWER CABLE(87) underneath using /8" x -/" HEX HEAD BOLT(65), two /8" WASHERS(), two INSERT SPACES(5) and /8" NYLON NUT(). 7.Run LOWER CABLE along CENTER BASE() and under pulley L9. Attach small ball end to LEG EXTENSION cam using /8" X " HEX HEAD BOLT(67) and /8" NYLON NUT(). Screw the threaded end of TOP CABLE(8) at least / of the length into SELECTOR ROD(80). Secure with locking nut. Be certain all cables are seated in center of all pulleys. Tighten all bolts. Cable length can be adjusted at FLOATING PULLEY BLOCKS() and the SINGLE PULLEY BRACKET().
