Assembly and Operation Instructions There are two holes in the Bar (8). During most uses these holes will be covered with the Handle (10). The Pin (9) should be placed through the top hole for best results (unless otherwise noted in this manual). Socket Wrench assembly The 17mm Socket Wrench (7) is located on the sliding jaw of the Bar Clamp. It can be used without removing any other hardware. (See Figure 1) Quick-release Button (2) Pin (9) Bar (8) Figure 1 Socket Wrench (7) Leaving the 17mm Socket Wrench (7) connected to the Bar (8) allows greater leverage and increased torque. Do not overtighten fasteners or use to free frozen/ jammed fasteners. Hammer Assembly Pull the Pin (9) out of the hexagon hole on Handle (10), then remove the Handle by sliding it off end of Bar. Remove the 17mm Socket Wrench (7). Put Handle back on and replace Pin in hexagon hole and through hole in Bar to secure. The Handle can also be connected through the lower hole for increased striking power. (See Figure 2) Pin (9) Hexagon hole Figure 2 Note: Tool face may chip if struck against another hardened surface, damaging tool and possibly causing injury. Inspect before use; discard if chipped.
