Pair each of 3mm (US 2) and 3.25mm (US 3) knitting needles. 25 sts and 34 rows to 10cm/4in square over st st using 3.25mm (US 3) needles. With 3mm (US 2) needles and Storm cast on 66 sts. Change to 3.25mm (US 3) needles. Beg with a k row work in st st. 1st to 4th rows Work from Chart. 5th to 16th rows Work in Storm if Swiss Darning Work from Chart if using Fair Isle method. 17th to 20th rows Work from Chart.
