The Salvagno Group Meet the Professionals meet the professionals Rob Salvagno has served the corporate and wealth management needs of entrepreneurs, senior executives and ultra high net worth families for more than 28 years. His clients are global in nature, but Rob is particularly well known in Silicon Valley where he has been involved with countless start-ups and IPOs in the biotech and semiconductor industries. Rob Salvagno Senior Vice President Financial Advisor Family Wealth Director Rob founded The Salvagno Group in 1998 while at UBS where he was branch manager, inducted into the Global Circle of Excellence and was a member of the Chairman s Club. Rob earned his BA in Biology from Chico State College and his MS in Environmental Management from University of Texas in San Antonio. Prior to his career at UBS, Rob was Founder and President of Allied Energy Systems, a solar and alternative energy firm. He is a veteran of the Vietnam War having served a 3-year tour with the U.S. Army. Rob lives in Granite Bay with his wife Sloan and is father to three grown children, Robert, Lita and Alexa. He has served his community as a member of Rotary, Elks, and the Boys and Girls Club. Vitia Kozielski has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. He joined Rob Salvagno in 2000 as a senior member of The Salvagno Group at UBS where he was responsible for the trading and management of more than $800 million of equity, fixed income, and alternative investments on behalf of the team s clientele. Vitia Kozielski Vice President Wealth Advisor Vitia was named a Wealth Advisor in 2007 after completing two years of rigorous course work and training in investment management, estate and trust planning, risk management and other matters pertinent to ultra high net worth clientele. This was an achievement only attained by the top 2% of financial advisors in the firm. Prior to his employment at UBS, Vitia was a commercial banker for Wells Fargo and Washington Mutual. He earned his Bachelor s degree in Finance from California State University, Chico and specializes in Fixed Income and Cash Management. Vitia is married and father to three girls. The Salvagno Group Meet the Professionals Jesse Zimmer, CFA Senior Vice President Financial Advisor Jesse Zimmer has 16 years of investment research and management experience. Prior to joining the Firm, Jesse was a Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo s Private Bank where he worked for 10 years providing investment consulting services and managing investment portfolios for affluent clients of the bank. He managed over $300 million of assets and was in the top 1% of all advisors at the firm. His career began at the Fremont Group, an investment company with $12 billion under management, where he helped found the firm s research department. Jesse earned a Bachelor s degree in Economics from Occidental College and an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. Steven P. Hoke Vice President Financial Advisor Corporate Client Group Director Steven P. Hoke began his work serving the needs of high net worth individuals, family offices, corporations and foundations in 1998. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Steven worked with Lehman Brothers in New York and San Francisco as part of a senior team responsible for the management of more than $500 million of client assets. Steven moved to Chico, CA in 2005 to raise his family and open a new office for Bank of America s Premier Banking and Investments division. Steven has a deep passion for investing, entrepreneurship and the developing world. His work and other activities have taken him to more than 18 countries worldwide and he travels often to Latin America with a foundation dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty for rural families by enabling landless communities to achieve land ownership and economic stability. Steven earned a Bachelor s degree in Economics and Business from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA and an MBA in Finance from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.
