Introduction This guideline document provides direction for using Eastman Kodak Company, Austin Development Center technology and product brands for product promotion in the marketplace. This guide shall be used for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) products and product packaging, and to prepare advertisements, Web content, product marketing literature, technical product literature, tradeshow signage, Graphical User Interfaces (GUI), and generally any promotional material used for these technologies and products. General Product and technology logos do not contain any trademark symbols, but OEM licensees shall provide clear attribution to Eastman Kodak Company with respect to the ownership of the respective technologies.
