Chief Ladi Rotimi-Williams is the Principal/ Founding Partner of CLRWC and is also a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN). He holds a law honors degree from the University of London and was called to the Nigeriann Bar in 1972 and later called to the Inner Bar in 1995. He enjoys independent recognition as one of the top 100 senior advocates in the country. He has over thirty years of legal expertise in litigation and commercial law. His early working life was spent at Chief Rotimi Williams Chambers under the supervision of Chief FRA Williams and he was a major contributor to the success of the renowned Chambers. His infallible experience informed his decision to form his chambers with two of his children who are also legal practitioners. He was appointed as a member of the Constitutional Drafting Committee in 1988. He was also appointed Director of National Electric Power Authority (NEPA) and he served the corporation during his tenure. His service to other industries has seen him on the board of prestigious corporations such as UPS/IMNL, TSA and Mutual Benefits Assurance. His interest in the affairs of the ordinary Nigerian citizen led him to join the non political group The Patriots where he served as Secretary to this influential association, showcasing his passion for bringing justice and providing welfare to the less privileged Nigerian. He is still in active legal practice and offers his exceptional experience, of over 38 years in the legal sector, to all matters addressed in CLRWC. 5

Her legal career has spanned over 15 years of which she has gained experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution and currently works as a Lagos State appointed Mediator. She also has experience in the areas of Banking Law; Commercial Law; Company Law; Company Secretarial Services; Corporate Securities and Finance Law; Debt Recovery; Intellectual Property; International Law; Litigation Practice and Real Estate. Outside the ambits of the legal profession, she has amassed experience in different areas including marketing for renowned multinational corporations and organizations such as BUPA and Chrysler. Her interest in the welfare of children has seen her working closely with voluntary organizations, councilors and politicians to assist with developing policies to tackle this imbalance in our society. She has acquired expertise in electoral matters and has given pro bono advice to lay persons on their voting rights. This crystallized in her role as an Official Election Observer in the 1999 Democratic Elections in Nigeria after the Military handover. As trustee of Margaret and Louis Edet Foundation, an NGO, she supervises the foundation s works on educating women on maternal morbidity and the availability of family planning services. She has written a number of articles pertaining to Child Trafficking and The Implications of the Human Rights Act for the Boroughs of Haringey and Newham, UK. He holds a law honors degree from Buckingham University and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2000. His first apprenticeship as a litigator was under the auspices of Late Chief Rotimi Williams. He has been involved on a number of occasions in enlightening the public on the benefits of litigation and the effect on proper and diligent prosecution of cases in court. He is actively working on avenues to change governmental policies on the treatment of citizens in Police custody. Elizabeth specializes in all aspects of the Intellectual Property Law and Practice, especially as it relates to searches, filings (in Africa & non African countries), registration, renewal, protection, prosecution and enforcement. Elizabeth offers advice to clients on the operation and application of Intellectual Property Laws in Nigeria and is engaged in representing and ensuring the protection of the Intellectual Property interest of a variety of clients. Aside from representing clients in obtaining and protecting their copyrights, trademarks, patents and industrial designs, Elizabeth has carved a niche for herself in the area of prosecuting trademarks, copyright, patent & design infringement cases.
