Ramset and Duo-Fast 00, 00 W and 00 Series Fasteners: The smooth-shank 00 and 00 series fasteners are manufactured from steel complying with ASTM A 0, Grades 00 or 0, and austempered to a Rockwell C core hardness of to. The knurled-shank 00 series fasteners are manufactured from steel complying with ASTM A 0, Grade 00 or 0, and austempered to a Rockwell C core hardness of to. One leg of the clip is 9 / inch long ( mm) and the opposite leg is / inch long (9. mm). The fasteners are assembled through dimples formed in a horizontal leg of the clip angle. The clip angles have a 90-degree angle between the legs of the clips and are manufactured from / -inch-wide (9. mm), No. gage [0.077 inch (.90 mm) base-metal thickness], steel strips conforming to ASTM A, Grades 00 or AISI 00, steel having a minimum yield strength of ksi (8 MPa) and a base-metal thickness of 0.07 inch (.88 mm).
