Enkom Inventis is presenting a high-performance solution to analyse your broadcast networks. The new Performance Measurement & Investigation Tool for Digital Broadcasting (PerMIT) is a powerful tool and a complete system to assist you through any phase of radio network planning, realisation and maintenance as well as in the quality assurance of your digital broadcasting networks. PerMIT A complete broadcast measurement and analysis solution Advanced digital signal processing algorithms PerMIT follows strictly the concept of SDR (Software Defined Radio). Input are high quality I/Q-data of a suita ble test receiver. Synchronisation, channel equalisation, demodulation, channel decoding and measurements of all relevant parameters as well as generation of statistics and graphics are accomplished in software starting with complex base-band samples. Advanced digital signal processing algorithms allow robust and precise measurements both in stationary and mobile environments and are independent from any manufacturer-specific codes. For that reason, PerMIT is able to measure the special factor coverage margin for example. Optimized for mobile applications In particular PerMIT-DxB is optimised for mobile applications. The sampling rate allows measurement ground speeds similar to those known from mobile networks. Current configuration supports all variations of the broadcast technologies as listed below. The modularity of the measurement schemes implemented in software-defined radio provide you with maximum flexibility and allows different measurements with one hardware. Together with flexible statistical and geographical post-processing software and a user-friendly interface, radio frequency (RF) and quality of service (QoS) measurements can be carried out quickly and seamlessly for every technology. PREPARE PerMIT - Route PerMIT Route is the proper tool to prepare and perform measurements. Create three types of routes (route, zone and point) and guide the driver on a specific map. Different GPS file formats are allowed. MEASURE PerMIT - Measure UKW FM HD-Radio DRM / DRM+ DAB / DAB+ DMB ATSC DTV DVB-H DVB-T DVB-T2 LTE All listed broadcast technologies can be mesaured parallel with one hardware. Mobile measurements on one hand and stationary, monitored or long term measurements on the other hand are possible with facultative free definable trigger parameters. The powerful channel-scans gives an overview about the whole band, measurements are directly possible. Radiation pattern and height profile can be separated in single transmitter. All parameters are visible on one screen. The newest feature is a combined LTE & DVB-T measurement. ANALYSE PerMIT - Post Process PerMIT - Replay The measured data can either be replayed, reviewed or post processed. All parameters to each point can be displayed in combination with our topographic map tool, which is made for broadcast visualisation. The post processing with raw data can be done with different configurations. EXPORT PerMIT - Export Create TAB separated files to visualize the measurement with all parameters individually. Import them in any geographic information system (GIS) such as MapInfo, ArcView or even GoogleEarth. HARDWARE PerMIT DxB is hardware independet. We recommend professional equipment like IZT R3240 or IZT R3301 YOUR RELIABLE PARTNER For over 18 years, Enkom Inventis has been the leading service provider for operators and system suppliers of mobile radio networks as well as for general contractors active in the field of mobile communications. Enkom Inventis specialises in the design of indoor and outdoor radio networks.

PerMIT - Measure DVB-T2 DVB-T2 signal. Depending on the measurement depth, PerMIT - Measure is able to analyse high frequency parameters as well as Quality of Service (QoS) parameters for each Physical Layer Pipe (PLP). Multiple PLP, MISO and diversity (fixed antenna 0/1, maximum ratio, equal gain, subcarrier selection, antenna selection) are supported. Navigation can be easily implemented (ublox, NMEA [RMC, GGA]).
