A Our APPRENTICESHIP Offer Apprenticeships combine on-the-job paid training with classroom study leading to a nationally recognised qualification. Apprenticeships are open to everyone aged 16 and over, from school leavers to those seeking a career change. Apprenticeships can take from one to four years to complete, depending on the industry and the apprentice s ability. Apprentices will earn at least the National Minimum Wage, but many employers increase wages as apprentices skills develop.
