Delivery Service Policies As of April 14, 2011 are delivery service and fees are as follows: New Delivery Changes/Charges for ATLANTA customers: We now have a new Delivery service company handling our local deliveries. Unfortunately this will require us to change our delivery charges but we feel like this will be an improved service to our customers. Please read below as this will now be our new standard. Zone 1 The price for zone 1 is 185.00 per stop will include up to 30 minutes of load/unload time. Zone 2 Within 36-70 miles of our facility located at 560 Webb Industrial Drive: The price for zone 2 is 225.00 per stop will include up to 30 minutes of load/unload time. If you are not in Zone 1 or 2 please contact your customer service support team and they will be able to provide a price for you that is located outside of these zones over the phone.

Customer Service Please follow these steps: 1 Upon pick up/delivery, inspect all items confirming no possible visible damage. If there are signs of possible concealed damage, like a tear on the packaging, please MAKE A NOTE OF THIS WHEN YOU SIGN FOR RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT, AND DON T HESITATE TO REMOVE PROTECTIVE COVERING TO EXPOSE ANY QUESTIONABLE AREA. 2 All products must be inventoried in at time of pick up, once material is signed for, your signature is confirmation product is received, signature is FINAL word of receipt. 3 Should you find a damaged cabinet during the receiving process, please advise shipping agent, we will pull another cabinet. If flat pack we will make every effort to replace it as part of your original receipt. If the cabinet requires assembly it may not be available for pick up immediately. 4 Notify us immediately of any shipping or damage issues. 5 Determine the extent of damage.for example, if a cabinet only has a bent hinge or missing screw, etc. then a new repair part can be sent out. If the cabinet box is damaged, you may need a new cabinet for replacement. 6 Notify shipping agent immediately if wrong sku is in shipment or you received the wrong quantities. Please do not sign document confirming job is shipping 100% complete if it is not. Once you sign for the material you own it. Return Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL To avoid having possible shipping / receiving issues, we go to great lengths to make sure your order is correct before shipping. We ask that you double check your measurements to be sure they are correct, review your material list; verify all necessary items have been listed prior to order confirmation. All the exact specifications for our cabinetry are listed in specification book so that nothing is misrepresented. We will send you an itemized list of the cabinetry we are shipping based on your order so you may review and confirm everything. Your itemized list will include the cabinet heights and widths. Since you have the tools such as the specification book and an opportunity to confirm your order after we have entered it; incorrect measuring, designing or ordering on your part will be subject to the ALL SALES FINAL policy. This means that the need for additional material requires a new sales order be submitted. All pricing and lead time agreements apply. Items ordered in excess are not returnable.
