Manchester Fireplace Console Assembly Instructions Use screws (D) and wood dowels (A) to attach cross panel (10) to vertical panel (9). Tighten screws (R) with Phillips screwdriver. Figure 1 Insert cam locks (C) into holes on assembled unit. Screw cam bolts (B) into holes on lower middle panel (8). Attach assembled unit to lower middle panel (8) by inserting wood dowels (A) and cam bolts (B) into corresponding holes until lower middle panel (8) and assembled unit meet. Tighten by rotating cam locks (C) clockwise with Phillips screwdriver. Figure 2 Page 6
Use screws (R) and wood dowels (A) to connect support rails (14) to bottom panel (13). Tighten screws (R) with Phillips screwdriver. Figure 3 Insert cam locks (C) into holes on assembled unit. Screw cam bolts (B) into holes on bottom panel (13). Attach assembled unit to bottom panel (13) by inserting wood dowels (A) and cam bolts (B) into corresponding holes until bottom panel (13) and assembled unit meet. Tighten by rotating cam locks (C) clockwise with Phillips screwdriver. Figure 4 Page 7
Insert cam locks (C) into holes on the bottom of assembled unit. Screw cam bolts (B) into holes on lower left side frame (6) and lower right side frame (7). Attach lower left side frame (6) and lower right side frame(7) to assembled unit by inserting wood dowels (A) and cam bolts (B) into corresponding holes until assembled unit, lower left side frame (6), and lower right side frame (7) meet. Tighten by rotating cam locks (C) clockwise with Phillips screwdriver. Figure 5 Insert cam locks (C) into holes on assembled unit. Screw cam bolts (B) into holes on underside of fixed shelf panel (5). Attach fixed shelf panel (5) to assembled unit by inserting wood dowels (A) and cam bolts (B) into corresponding holes until fixed shelf panel (5) and assembled unit meet. Tighten by rotating cam locks (C) clockwise with Phillips screwdriver. Figure 6 Page 8
Attach center leg (17) to assembled unit by hand. Figure 7 Disassemble metal slides into male slide and female slide as shown. Note: There is a lever located on the male slide. Push the lever to the either side in order to detach the male slide from the female slide. Figure 8 Page 9
Attach female ball bearing slides (E) to left upper side panel (2) with wood screws (F). Make sure the front of the slide is facing towards the front as shown. Tighten screws (F) with Phillips screwdriver. Note: When attaching the female slides, make sure to insert wood screws through the first opening starting from the front, then align the openings to the pre-drilled holes on the panels. Repeat with upper middle panel (3) and right upper side panel (4) as shown. Figure 9 Insert cam locks (C) into holes on left upper side panel (2), upper middle panel (3), and right upper side panel (4). Screw cam bolts (B) into holes on assembled unit. Attach left upper side panel (2), upper middle panel (3), and right upper side panel (4) to assembled unit by inserting wood dowels (A) and cam bolts (B) into corresponding holes until left upper side panel (2), upper middle panel (3), right upper side panel (4), and assembled unit meet. Tighten by rotating cam locks (C) clockwise with Phillips screwdriver. Figure 10 Page 10
Insert cam locks (C) into holes on assembled unit. Screw cam bolts (B) into holes on top panel (1). Attach top panel (1) to assembled unit by inserting wood dowels (A) and cam bolts (B) into corresponding holes until top panel (1) and assembled unit meet. Tighten by rotating cam locks (C) clockwise with Phillips screwdriver. Figure 11 Attach the left upper back panel (26), right upper back panel (27), and lower back panel (28) on the assembled unit with screws (P). Tighten with Phillips screwdriver. Figure 12 Page 11
Assemble the door (12) onto the assembled unit using hinges (K) and screws (L). Tighten screws (L) with a Phillips screwdriver. Attach the magnet (G) on the assembled unit using screw (I). Attach the metal plate (H) on the inner inside of the door frame using screws (L) Attach the door handle (N) on the door using bolt (O). Figure 13 Insert shelf pins (J) into holes on lower right side frame and lower midde panel. Insert shelf (11) in the arrows direction. Make sure the shelf pin (J) stably holds the shelf (11). Attach drawer side panels (18), (19), and drawer back panel (24) and tighten using screws (D). Insert drawer bottom panel (25) into the grooves of panels (18), (19), and (24). Attach small drawer front panel (23) to the assembled drawer using screws (D). Finally attach the drawer handle (M) on the drawer front using bolts (O). Figure 15 Attach male metal slide(e) to drawer sides with wood screws (F). Make sure the open end of the slide is facing towards the back of the drawer in order to attach to the female slide. Tighten screws with a phillips screwdriver. Figure 16 Page 13
Insert cam locks (C) into holes on drawer bottom rail (22). Screw cam bolts (B) into holes on large drawer back (20). Attach large drawer back (20) to drawer bottom rail (22) by inserting cam bolt (B) into corresponding hole until large drawer back (20) and drawer bottom rail (22) meet. Tighten by rotating cam lock (C) clockwise with Phillips screwdriver. Attach the left drawer side panel (18) and right drawer side panel (19) to drawer back (20), make sure the grooves match and tighten them using screws (D). Figure 17 Insert the large drawer bottom (21) into the corresponding grooves of drawer back (20), left drawer side (18), and right drawer side (19). Attach drawer front panel (17) to the front of the drawer using screws (D). Attach the drawer handle (M) on the drawer front using bolts (O) as shown. Page 14
Attach male metal slides (E) to drawer sides with wood screw (F). Tighten screws with a Phillips screwdriver. Figure 18 Insert drawers into assembled unit. Make sure drawer s male ball bearing slides are carefully inserted into side panel s female ball bearing slide. Make sure ball bearing slides glide smoothly in and out. Figure 19 Page 15
Carefully insert the firebox (Q) into the cabinet to avoid scratching. Figure 20 Use screws (R) to connect wood blocks (16) to support rails. Tighten screws (R) with Philips screwdriver. Figure 21 Page 16
Attach brackets (S) to back panel using screws (V). Tighten screws (V) using Philips screwdriver. Mark two desired locations on the wall and drill two 3/16" holes. Insert plastic anchors (U) into the two holes on wall as shown. Use a hammer to insert the plastic anchors until they are flush with the wall. Then attach the brackets (S) onto the wall using screws (W). Tighten screws (W) using Philips screwdriver. Figure 22 Move this item close to the wall brackets (S) and tie in all brackets (S) together with plastic strap (T) as shown in diagram. Anti-tipping hardware must be used for this product to avoid tipping and injury. Figure 23 Page 17
