Transwestern Transwestern established a South Florida operation in 2004, and since then has grown to become a leader in the marketplace. Overseeing a commercial property portfolio totaling nearly 20 million square feet, Transwestern is one of the largest leasing and management agents in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. Our brokerage professionals also represent many tenant clients with their real estate needs, both in South Florida and across the Sunshine State. Thanks to Transwestern s success in Miami-Dade, in early 2009 the firm opened a full-service Fort Lauderdale office to provide better coverage of the Broward County market. In late 2009, the firm opened an Orlando office.
