For over years, the team at Pacific Ocean have been dedicated to crafting beautiful outdoor furniture. Our products are kinder to the environment and harderwearing than traditional hardwoods. About Pacific Ocean Since 1994, Pacific Ocean have been devoted to crafting some of the finest casual furniture in the world. During the company s inception, Pacific Ocean reinvigorated a process for recycling plastic first discovered in Europe during the sixties. The result was beautiful, grainfinished planks from which our furniture is manufactured. Sustainability Our oceans contain over 5.2 Trillion pieces of plastic debris, we have diverted over million pieces (800 tonnes) from our oceans, and landfills to make our furniture. We have a long way to go, so tripling in size from the previous location, our new 300,000 square foot facility offers great room for growth. No finer commercial furniture The advanced moulded extrusion process developed by Pacific Ocean produces a superior material like no other, with a beautiful, solid colour finish there is no need to ever paint or stain the furniture. All of our products are also completely water resistant and maintain their form in all weather conditions. Our furniture doesn t need to be stored indoors, adding another level of convenience to your lifetime ownership. Defects is defined as imperfections that impair the original function of the product. Our furniture is guaranteed not to fade, discolour or chalk for a period of 5 years under normal use... the best in the industry! Colour change due to weathering that is even and equal when exposed to the same or similar sunlight and other environmental conditions is excluded from the warranty because weathering will cause any coloured surface to gradually lighten, darken, or accumulate dirt or stains (the severity of these conditions depends on air quality, the geographic location of the property, and other local conditions over which Ovation Commericial Services has no control). The original purchaser is responsible for providing proof of purchase and photos of the defect. Possible solutions are replacement or repair of the defective furniture, replacement or repair of defective component, or authorization repairs by a third party. Once the documentation has been received and evaluated, the customer will be notified of the solution.
