3. ttach the Drawer ase. You need: 7 Screws for arcass (35mm) and a Screwdriver. Ensure the Drawer frame is square and carefully fit the Draw ase. The lip of the ase locates into the groove on the back of the Front. Once in position and all holes are aligned correctly, secure the ase to the Drawer Frame using 7 Screws (35mm) (as shown below). 4. Fit the astors. You Need: 8 Screws for astors (12mm), 4 astors and a Screwdriver. arefully turn the Drawer over and attach the 4 astors to the ase with the 8 Screws (12mm) as shown below. Orientation Options ssembly Per Drawer Please refer to the orientation option images below to help you decide and understand which way to construct the product. 1. Fit the Sides to the Drawer Fronts. (Stages 1-4 apply to both Drawers) You Need: 4 am Pins, 4 ams and a Screwdriver. Orientation Option Orientation Option Fit 4 cam pins into each drawer front using a screwdriver. Place two drawer sides onto each drawer front (cam holes facing inwards) ensuring that all cam pins and dowels are correctly engaged into their corresponding holes. Once in position, insert 4 ams into the large holes on the inside faces of the sides ensuring that arrows on cams point towards their corresponding am Pins. Ladder and storage end positioned on the Right. Orientation Option Ladder and storage end positioned on the Left. Orientation Option D 2. ttach the Drawer ack. You Need: 4 Screw olts (40mm) and an llen key. Insert the Drawer ack by slightly leaning the Drawer Sides outwards. Pre-fitted Dowels in the ack must be located into the corresponding holes on the inside face of each Drawer Side. NOTE: The ams that attach the Drawer Fronts to the Sides can be loosened to make it easier to fit the ack. Once in position, fit the 4 screw bolts (40mm) as shown below to secure the back to the Sides. The recommended size of the mattress is 191cm 90cm (6`3 3`0) ttach the ladder to the ed using 6 olts (35mm) and an llen key (as shown below). You need: 68 Wood Screws (25mm) and a Screwdriver (not supplied). arefully lift the Mattress ases onto the upper and lower mattress base support rails, webbing faced down. Pull each Mattress ase up to one End, then spread that slats out evenly. Use the 68 Wood Screws to secure the ases to the bed through the holes in all slats. Screws may require a bit of pressure to allow them to bite. NOTE: To ensure product safety LL Mattress slats must be Screwed down. Once the Mattress ases are in position, carefully lift each mattress into position. Periodically check that all assembly fastenings are tightened properly, care should be taken to ensure that no fittings are loose. The furniture must be set up on an even and stable surface.. Keep away from direct sources of heat, such as electric, gas or coal fires. Do not allow children to climb on the furniture. Using this furniture other than for its intended purpose could cause damage to the structure or serious injury to your child. The unk should not be used if any structural part is broken or missing The upper bunk is not suitable for children under si years old due to the risk of falls Do not attach items such as ropes, strings, cords, harnesses or belts etc to avoid the risk of strangulation. 13. ttach the Front Guard Rail. You need: 3 ams (without collar), 3 Small am Pins, 6 Euro Screws (16mm), 1 racket, 1 racket over and a Screwdriver (not supplied). Note: The Guard Rail can be fitted at either end of the Upper Front Rail depending on which side the Ladder is required.(ssembly shown is for a right hand ladder configuration). Screw the 3 Small am Pins into the holes on the top edge of the Upper Front Rail. Once am pins are in position carefully lower the Front Guard Rail onto the eposed heads of the am Pins and into the corresponding holes on the underside edge. Ensure that the 3 large holes on the inside face of the rail point inwards (as shown below). Fit the 3 ams into the 3 large holes on the inside face of the guard rail ensuring that the arrows on the ams are pointing towards the am Pins. Once all is correctly engaged, tighten the ams clockwise with a screwdriver to secure the Guard Rail. ssembly 1. Prepare the Side Panels. You need: 20 Large am Pins and a Screwdriver (not supplied) Lay the Side Panels on a soft level floor, with the majority of holes and grooves facing upwards. Study the image below carefully and fit 20 Large am Pins into the smaller outer holes in the positions shown. 2. Fit 1 Side Panel to the 5 Horizontal Panels to E. You need: 10 Small Dowels, 10 ams (With ollar) and a Screwdriver (not supplied) rrow pointing towards am Pin. Tighten am lockwise to secure. Stand 1 prepared Side Panel on its front edge (groove closest to the floor) and fit 2 Small Dowels into the larger holes in the ends of each horizontal panel first (see Fig 2.1). Study the image below carefully and ensure all horizontal panels to E are in the correct order and orientation. ll holes on the Long back edge of each panel must face upwards (X) These holes should be used to establish the difference bettween similar looking Panels. Note that panels & are orientated with their grooves closest to the floor and facing towards each other (see Fig 2.2). Once in position carefully fit each panel over the heads of the eposed corresponding cam pin, ensuring that both am Pins and Dowels engage correctly. Once engaged fit 2 ams into the large holes on the bottom face of each horizontal panel ensuring arrows on cams point towards cam pins (see below). Turn the ams half a turn lockwise until you feel resistance. Slide the Top Front Panel (dark stain) into the grooves as Fig 2.2. Once the Front Guard Rail is in position secure one end of the rail to the End using 1 racket and 7 Euro Screws (16mm) and 1 bracket over. (Same process as stages 11 & 12). 3. ttach the other Side to the ssembly. 12. ttach The Lower and Upper mattress Rails. You need: 10 Small Dowels, 10 ams (with collar) and a Screwdriver (not supplied) You need: 14 Euro Screws (16mm) and 4 racket overs and a Screwdriver (not supplied). Fit the other Side Panels to the assembly using eactly the same process as stage 2. Note: Make sure that the Side Panel is orientated with the groove closest to the floor. When fitting the Side into position ensure the Top Front Panel (dark stain) locates correctly into the Groove. NOTE: This stage of assembly must only be attempted with a minimum of two people. Please refer to the orientation option images at the front of this user guide to help you decide and understand which way to construct the product. This guide shows construction with the storage assembly and Ladder on the right (Option ). First attach the Lower then Upper ack Mattress Rails to the main storage ssembly and the End following stages 12.1 through to 12.4 below. Then Fit the Lower and Upper Front Mattress Rails following the same process (only without the smaller rackets), ensuring that one person supports the unstable End and Mattress Rails whilst the other attaches each fitting. D E Ensure the holes on the Edge of the Upper Front Rail are at the 4. Fit the ack Supports. Ensure mattress support rails are always orientated at the bottom of each rail. You need: 6 olts (60mm), 4 Screw olts (50mm) and an llen Key. Ensure the majority of the holes in each Support face upwards and the large counter sunk holes on the edge of each Support, face towards each other. ttach the 2 ack Supports to the Side Panels and Top Horizontal Panel using 4 Screw olts (50mm) and 3 olts (60mm) for each and an llen Key in the positions shown. 12.1 12.2 12.3 12.4 5 arefully lift the Mattress Rails onto the assembly locating the olts through the large keyhole shaped holes in the pre-fitted larger (lower) rackets. Lower the rackets onto the olts and tighten to secure. lign each smaller (upper) racket and secure using 3 Euro Screws (16mm) as shown above. Fit 1 Euro Screw through the top smaller hole in each Larger pre-fitted racket (non bookcase end only) to add etra strength to the racket (X). Once all the Euro Screws have been tightened simply clip the racket covers over the smaller rackets to conceal. 10

10. Fit the Small olts for Mattress Rail attachment. 5. ttach the Top ack Panel, Lower ack Panels and Feet. You need: 16 Small olts (16mm) and a Screwdriver (not supplied). You need: 14 Screw olts (50mm) and an llen Key. Fit 8 Small olts (16mm) into the holes in the inside face of the End and the holes in the outside of the Support Rails in the positions shown below. Note: Only screw each bolt in half way in order to fit the Mattress Rails later. arefully lower the Top ack Panel and Lower ack Panels into position and secure them using the remaining 14 Screw olts and an llen Key in the positions shown below. Once Secured, fit 2 Feet into the holes in the bottom edge of the Side Panels as shown. The Feet should simply be pushed into the holes. Top ack Panel Lower ack Panel Lower ack Panel 11. ttach the rackets to the Upper & Lower ack Mattress Rails. You need: 4 rackets, 12 Euro Screws (16mm) Lay the Lower ack Mattress Rail and Upper ack Mattress Rail on a soft level floor, with the holes and pre-fitted larger rackets facing upwards. Using 3 Euro Screws fit each racket to the holes near the ends of the Rails (shown below). With a minimum of two people, carefully stand the ssembly upright. 9 6

6. Fit the Removable Shelf. 8. ssemble the Ends You need: 4 Shelf Studs. You need: 7 Large Dowels, 2 onnecting olts and Nuts with angled washers,1 Spanner. Insert the 4 Shelf Studs into one of the sets of holes on the inside faces of the Side Panels. Make certain that the Studs are located in the same position as the opposite side to ensure the Shelves are level. Once the Studs have been inserted into the correct position, carefully place the 1 Removable Shelf into the unit. the Shelf may need to be placed in at an angle to ease insertion. Lay both sides of the Ends (Left and Right) on a soft level floor, with the holes facing upwards. Insert 7 Large Dowels into the inside edges of the sides and attach the halves together. Insert the 4 onnecting olts, Washers and Nuts into the large holes as shown below, fully tighten to secure the two halves together. 7. Fit the Doors. You need: 4 Mounting Plates, 4 Hinges (complete with screws) 2 Rubber uffers and a Screwdriver. ttach the 4 mounting plates to the inside faces of the ssembly Side Panels in the predrilled pilot holes (See Fig 7.1). Please note: the mounting plates should be orientated with the long edge at the front. You need: 8 olts (45mm), 2 Feet and an llen key. Insert the Door Hinges into the large holes in the Door and secure each with the pre-fitted Screws (See Fig 7.2). To attach the Door, (See Fig 7.3) fit Hinge slot over olt and tighten olt. Door adjustment may be made by slackening olt slightly and either tightening or loosening Screw as appropriate. Finally, re-tighten and the Screws holding the Hinge mounts to the Side Panel. Fit the 2 rubber buffers to the inside of the doors ensuring that they align and rest against the opposing fied middle shelf of the cupboard (see Fig 7.4). Fig 7.1 9. ttach The attens and remaining Feet. With the two halves of the Ends connected and still led down, attach the 2 battens to the inside face of the End using 8 olts (45mm). lso, simply push the remaining 2 Feet into the holes on the underside edge of the End as shown below right.
