Maier ML20D - Technical Details for illustration purposes only Maier CNC Swiss Type Lathe ML20D ProLine Machine concept & construction The machine base of all the Maier ProLine CNC Sliding Headstock Machines are produced from Polymer Concrete. The Polymer Concrete is cast at only 50 centigrade and is fully hardened within 24 hours, requiring no age hardening process. Polymer concrete is renowned for its extreme resistance to distortion and vibration. The heavy machine base of approx. 2 tons absorbs and eliminates any remaining vibration.
