Accu-Cut Dies and Accu-Cut System BORROWING GUIDELINES Member libraries, organizations/agencies and schools may borrow the Accu-Cut machine and dies for a loan period of seven (7) days. Requests may be made by contacting NCLS Outreach Services at 782-5540. Member libraries may request delivery via the NCLS delivery van. All other agencies may pick up a machine and dies at NCLS. Arrangements may be made to use the Accu-Cut machine and dies at NCLS. To ensure that a machine and dies are available, please call ahead to make arrangements. If an item has been damaged or lost, NCLS may request restitution from the borrowing agency. REQUESTING DIES You may place a hold on workflows for any die. The Accu-Cut system has to be requested directly through outreach. You will be asked to fill out the request form and send it back before we will ship the system to you. NOTE: The X or XX included in the description of a die refers to its size. According to the Accu-Cut Catalog, a die labeled X is larger than the average die and XX is jumbo.
