Event introduction BHR Group s Multiphase Technology Conference is the premier international event providing delegates with the opportunities to discuss new research and developments, to consider innovative solutions and to explore technology transfer between industries. Its technical quality makes this event an essential diary date for designers, engineers and engineering decision makers concerned with any aspect of multiphase technology. BHR Group has been running Multiphase conferences since 1983 and has been integral to the development and dissemination of the technology from its early beginnings. With its current maturity, multiphase now offers a practical technological solution for many production, transportation and flow assurance requirements. The developments, which have taken place in the oil and gas industry using multiphase solutions, have enabled the industry to improve production performance, extend its operations and address previously difficult engineering requirements in an economically viable and environmentally acceptable manner. The conference will benefit anyone engaged in the application, development and research of multiphase technology for the oil and gas industry. The conference will also be of interest to designers and engineers from other industries where multiphase technology is required. The conference will also be of particular value to designers, facility and operations engineers, consultants and researchers from operating, contracting, consultancy and technology companies. Who should attend?
Conference venue For the 9th time, the North American Multiphase Technology Conference will be held in Alberta s favourite mountain town, Banff. Flanked on all sides by the Rockies, downtown Banff is a scenic 90 minute drive from Calgary International Airport. The town is in Banff National Park - a UNESCO World Heritage Site with a protected natural environment, unparalleled scenery and abundant wildlife. Banff is a resort town and one of Canada s most popular tourist destinations, known for its mountainous surroundings and hot springs. It is a destination for outdoor sports and features extensive hiking, biking, scrambling and skiing areas within the area.
