FEATURE STORY Safe Products We have a unified quality management system that begins with materials selection and extends all the way through processing, coating and assembly. While using the latest production facilities for the various production processes, we practice quality management in which each process is managed by a section leader who is responsible for making quality checks, so that everyone can safely use our products. Eco-conscious Production The materials used in our products are easy to repair and replace, for example, the material names are stamped on the plastic parts so that they can be easy separated for recycling. The UMK coating facilities do not use organic solvents like thinner or toluene, only solvent free powder coating is used. Also, we use a fully closed recycling system that completely recycles the unused coating materials, which protects the environment. Applying New Technologies We use 3D CAD in collaboration with our Japanese technical support team for our product design.
