Summer Reading for Students Entering Second Grade 2015 2016 School Year Encourage your young reader to have fun reading this summer! Second and Third Grade students are required to read or listen to five books over the summer. Choose at least one book from each of the three categories below: 1. Any first reader or book recommended by the public librarian 2. Any non-fiction book 3. Any fiction book See instructions on the Summer Reading cover letter concerning the activities. The Medina County Public Library will be able to assist you in your choices.
