Generate new patterns of employment, especially for highly qualified professionals; 7. Accommodate new technology-based companies. 8. Promoting an environment favorable to development of RD & I.

Science and Technology Park 10 The construction of the UnB-PCTec will follow the Principles of Sustainable Construction, with stations to capture and reuse rainwater (storage and filter).

AREAS 11 1. Biotechnology; 2. Information and Communication Technology - ICT; 3. Biomedical Technology; 4. Energy; 5. Nanotechnology; 6. Drugs and Medicines; 7. Environmental Technologies; 8. Educational Technologies.

Science and Technology Park Expectations of Researchers 1. Creation of physical infrastructure and business of RD & I that enables the deployment of technological extensions of companies focusing on innovative activities, in line with market expectations and regulatory frameworks; 2. Mechanism of creation and attraction of technology-based companies - EBTs for Federal District in strategic areas for the country; 12 3. Investment Attraction to basic and applied research, technological development and innovation, including projects of national and international partnerships. The initial mark building of PCTec-UnB was given from the construction of the new headquarters of the CDT, which will be the manager of the park.

The deployment of PCTec-UnB is being made viable through the installation of the first technology centers on campus: Biomedical Engineering Laboratory (LaB) Specializing in the approval of medical and hospital equipment, a team of researchers from LaB offers the ideal environment to assess whether the prototype developed by your company is able to be submitted for certification of performance and security, in accordance with the standards established by ANVISA (Brazilian Sanitary Surveillance Agency) and INMETRO (National Institute of Industrial Metrology). This certification guarantees that the product evaluated truly meets the minimum requirements quality, as well as electrical safety standards, electromagnetic compatibility and functionality. The works of LaB implantation will start in April 2013. Center for Molecular Biotechnology (C-BIOTECH) Has the purpose of creating an appropriate environment to further promote the development of biotechnological projects involving the skills of Laboratories of Molecular Biology and Laboratory of Molecular Microbiology and Biotechnology with the business sector. Aims to develop biotechnology projects, using the tools of modern biotechnology, in partnership with technology-based companies, public or private, that operate in strategic areas of the Brazilian economy in order to develop biobusiness and generate wealth, employment and social welfare. This center is in the bidding process for the beginning of its construction. 13 Hotel Technology Projects Under construction in the area of Technological Science Park, the Hotel will feature the characteristic of offering, at shared costs spaces, technical and financial resources, specialized technical services and technological information interests of the research projects, as well as the transformation of these into high technology ventures. This will provide a better interaction between University and Company, overlooking the insertion of a highly specialized education, research and technological innovation transfer, favoring the possibility of setting up micro and small enterprises based on the art of innovation, whether technological or not.

Science and Technology Park AUTOTRAC With 19 years of experience in the field of technologies applied to the monitoring and tracking of fleets, AUTOTRAC TRADE AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS A / S is a company specialized in the development of equipment, software and services for mobile communication data.
