Technical Company for Engineering, Calculation and Design of Energy Facilities ABOUT US In operation since 2005, first as FEST Engineering s.r.o., now FEST Engineering Ltd., was originally founded as an engineering and advisory service company providing technical analysis, design and construction of piping systems, pressure vessels and steel structures. We offer services as a subcontractor, as well as the execution of complete projects. Thanks to our participation in international projects we have extensive experience in the field of piping system analysis. We use the latest methods and technologies and adjust them to the customer s requirements. We mainly participate in projects related to the construction of conventional and nuclear power plants, as well as steel works and facilities for the chemical industry. Permanent staff are highly qualified professionals with long-term experience in design, construction and analysis of pipelines, steel structures and pressure vessels. In February 2008, we were awarded the ISO 9001 certificate by TÜV SÜD.

DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF PRESSURE VESSELS, SILOS, AIR DUCTS AND CHIMNEYS DIMENSIONING AND DESIGN CREATION OF 3D MODELS PREPARATION OF PRODUCTION DOCUMENTATION ANCHORAGE AND PLACEMENT DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION REGULATIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR TRANSPORT AND MANIPULATION Documentation is custom-tailored. Complete documentation can consist of: general arrangement drawings detail workshop drawings inspection drawings assembly and transportation drawings and drafts Standard part of documentation is parts list, bill of material and specification of material. We use Inventor software for preparation of smart 3D model which can be further used as a reference model integrated to a general model of an investment unit to indicate potential collisions or relevant revisions or modifications in different 3D software. In cooperation with production, we can prepare lists of welds and non-destructive examinations of welds, guidelines and instructions for operation and maintenance. We design reactors, heat exchangers, supply tanks, vessels and tanks with mixing equipment, jacket, etc., and other pressure vessels. The documentation is also provable for authorization by the Notified Body and is in compliance with the PED or also ASME U-Stamp.
