Leaders in the design and manufacture Medical Applications Orthopaedics Caragh Precision offer extensive machining and finishing capabilities for the manufacture of orthopaedic instruments and implants for hip, knee, trauma and extremities applications. Our instrumentation includes alignment jigs and cutting blocks, trials (metal and plastic), handled instruments such as cup introducers, slap hammers, extraction devices, bone distractors and compressors, retraction devices and others. Implants include bone screws, pedicle screws, extension pieces, hooks, axle pins and others. Vascular At Caragh Precision we have extensive experience working with some of the leading multinational companies in the vascular industry. Our services range from tooling and equipment for the production of devices to components utilised in delivery systems for filter devices, AAA stents, bilary and peripheral stents, heart valve replacement, biopsy devices and closure devices. Oncology Caragh Precision's experience in turning and machining micro components in titanium and PEEK allow us to provide solutions such as vascular access ports and devices. Having already developed a suite of ports on behalf of a client which are commercially successful in international markets we are proficient with the requirements for the design of vascular access ports.

This, coupled with our ability to produce micro components to exacting tolerances, enable us to provide our clients with unique and innovative components for endosurgical devices. Typical applications include cauterising jaws or cutting devices for electrosurgical devices, graspers and other MIS devices for laproscopic, bariatric, gastrointestinal and oncology surgery. General Surgery Our diverse range of capabilities allow us to provide devices and components ranging from micro components, such as jaws for laproscopic devices, to large devices used for open surgery such as retractors, distractors, compressors and others. Engineering Applications At Caragh Precision we are able to provide our clients with engineering services for product & process development. From a drawing, sketch or simply an idea our design team will work with you to understand what the requirements and constraints are and what the desired outputs must be. Leveraging our proficiency in 3D Solidworks modeling, the design will be developed and illustrated and available le for review prior to manufacture. This process ensures that the client has an opportunity to visualise the design and understand how it will integrate with existing equipment or an environment.
