1 Klixx instructions Hello here is your instruction manual for your Klixx box. Inside this little device is a whole new world of television with over 70,000 links. Dont be worried though, with this guide and with a bit of practice you will be flying through the channels and watching anything you want with ease. Remember because there are so many links, from time to time you may find some that are not working and some will be better quaility than others, so if you do happen to find one that is low quality or not working, just choose a different one INDEX 2. 2 Klixx Instructions Set up Firstly plug your box into the power source Then attach your HDMI to your box, the other end to your TV. Then on your TV controller use the source button to find the HDMI channel you plugged your box into. When you see Klixx on your screen you need to connect to the internet, if you have an ethernet cable use this, one end goes to the router the other end to your box job done. If your Ethernet will not reach then you need to connect wirelessly, you do this by going to settings then Network, clicking on your router I.D then entering your router password. My advice is when you have done either of these, press home and go to apps, look for the browser app, click it and see if a web page loads, if it does your internet is connected, if it says web page not available then its not. You may have entered your code in wrong or your Ethernet may be faulty, either way unplug your router for a minute then plug it back in and try again first. When this is all done press home and enter the Klixx app and if your are on the reset screen (if its not the reset screen ignore this) just follow the instructions on there to start updating your box. At the end when the download has finished and it tells you to press home there are instructions on your home screen telling you how to power off your device to save the data. All instructions for this are on the screens step by step. The following pages will tell you how to access all of our content, section by section, properly and easily.
3 Klixx Instructions Live Tv Move along with your left or right button on your remote until you get to the Live Tv section with the TV icon, then press it or press down to use the blue subsections. FREEVIEW GUIDE Click this and a page with TV guide at the top will open, click FTV TV guide it may take a minute to load. Once in the Freeview guide select your channel and it will load, to change channel press ok on your remote and some on screen controls will pop down on the top of the screen, go to the square to stop your channel and you will be back to the guide If for some reason the TV guide goes down there is a MINI GUIDE in the sub section. There are other live tv subsections in this category. Feel free to explore these and remember to go back a page just press return on your remote. Please remember that although the UK freeview live channels will always be available, other live channels i.e American and Sky ones can go down from time to time, any series you would like to see, on for instance Sky Atlantic are all available on demand in the boxsets sections as we will show you in these instructions. Remember, to move along to the next category, press up on your remote then move along left or right.
4 Klixx Instructions BOX SETS Go along to the box sets Icon and again press the icon or press down to get to the subsections in blue, once there you will see various choices or providers for watching your box sets. Exodus is the best at time of writing. EXODUS IS THE MAIN ICON Here you will see a list of choices helping you to find what you want to watch, im going to stick with 2 choices for now that will help you along until you get used to the software, these are GENRES and SEARCH. Click Genres and you will be given another list of types of Box sets we provide. So if for example you wanted action, click Action. A huge list of action box sets will appear, if you get to the bottom and haven t found what you want you can go to the next page etc. Anyway click the box set you want, then the season you want, then the episode you want. Then you will be given a list of all available streams for that episode with the quality of the picture next to it, these are all for the same stream so choose one and if it doesnt work choose another, do not choose a 1080p or HD streams if you are on 2 or 3 mb internet speed. Again to stop the playback, press ok on your remote and select the square button on screen to stop it or pause to pause it, rewind to rewind etc. (if you get a box pop up on some streams telling you to register online just ignore it and press cancel and they usually just go, these are mainly on the openload streams so avoid these if you can) To use the SEARCH option, go back to the first EXODUS page and scroll down to SEARCH, type in the name of the box set you want and it will find it, make sure to spell it correctly! You can use the other features i.e "most popular" and "latest episodes" if you like or wait until your more experienced. If you cant find what you want in Exodus (which is rare) try one of the other box set addons in the subsection. DOCUMENTARIES can also be found in these subsections, they are very easy to use, just click it go in and have a look around. Remember, return on your remote will take you back a page.
5 Klixx instructions MOVIES In the Movie subsection you will see various movie providers, again the favourite being EXODUS, please refer to the Boxsets instructions on how to use these 2 as they work on the same principal. if you would like information on the movie press the menu button on your remote and it will give you a synopsis for the movie. Maybe stick with this Movie option until you feel more comfortable exploring other options. KIDS - STANDUP/COMEDY - 24/7 - LIFESTYLE- NEWS These sections are incredibly easy to use. Just navigate to the icons and drop into the subsection of the category you wish and click the subsection you like the sound of, remember when stopping a program always press ok on your remote and use the square on screen control. Then just use return on your remote to come back a page. WE HAVE OVER 70,000 LINKS ON OUR SYSTEM, IF YOU FIND A LINK THAT DOESNT WORK, LOOK ELSEWHERE, ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO KEEP THEM ALL WORKING ALTHOUGH 95% OF THEM WILL. MUSIC KARAOKE- This is simple to use just click the Karaoke subsection, then search by either artist or track, very simple. LIVE- These are live music channels i.e MTV MP3 STREAMS- This is an excellent section, just go in and look around, search artist or album is the best option CONCERTS- Here is a list of Live Musicals and concerts. RADIO-Speaks for itself really, enter here and listen to any of your favourite UK radio stations.

6 Klixx instructions SPORT The best place for live sport is without doubt in the "live today!" subsection. Inside here you will see a yellow link that says "Live today!!" click that and you will see sections with all todays live sport. There are so many sports channels on here its really a good idea to have a good look round and find your favourites. Kirk is on hand every weekend for the sports links roundup and he will direct you where to go to find your sport, so make sure your in the group!. Sky sport and BT sport have their own section too, as do Golf,fishing etc. Alternatively you can sign up for Sportsmania to get all your sport in HD for 1 a week, message Kirk for instructions on how to do this if required. CATCHUP/UNBLOCKR To watch catchup TV i.e BBCiplayer and ITV player simply go to the catchup icon, drop into the subsection and click the button, inside there you will find various sections, if you are outside the UK you will need some sort of VPN to view these apart from the top iplayer that has a built in proxy which hides where you are, this is for BBC iplayer catchup only, as we said before the rest is geo-blocked but can be utilised with a geo-blocker, contact us for more info on this.
7 Klixx instructions UPDATING Every now and then we need to update our system. To do this we scroll along to the update icon in Klixx and drop into the subsection. When you click "update now", the new update will start downloading. Wait for it to get to 100%, then let it extract. Once its extracted a box will pop up telling you your download is complete! Press ok to save changes. Then another box will appear telling you Klixx must be forced closed. To do this press the home button on your remote (do not press ok) On your home screen then you should see instructions telling you how to power off your box to save changes, if you do not have these on screen instructions chances are you just have to press KliXX again and go in and it will all be updated, if when you re-enter KliXX it doesn t look updated just pull the power cord from the back of your box, do not do this often as it wont do your box any good, contact us if you are not sure.
8 TROUBLESHOOTING Every now and then its inevitable you will encounter some sort of problem and of course we are here for you literally round the clock for support. BUT here are a few things that might happen that you can try before contacting us as, with over 7,000 members we are very busy. NOTHING WILL LOAD I KEEP GETTING "SCRIPT ERROR" This normally means no internet is getting to your box, make sure your ethernet or wifi is connected. Press home and go to apps, then the browser app, then type something in the box and press go, if the web page loads you have internet, if it doesnt, you dont. If your Ethernet is connected and you still cant get anything to load, check your ethernet cable by using it on something else i.e your laptop. Ethernet cables are prone to breaking rather easily. Also make sure time TIME and DATE are right on your box otherwise things wont work!you can change these by pressing home, settings, time and date. Make sure you are in the right time zone too. THINGS ARE RUNNING SLUGGISH Check your internet speed, not on your 500 iphone because that will always get more, but on your box, go into KLiXX and run the speed test app, if your getting less than 2mb and your on wireless get yourself an ethernet cable, a long one if need be otherwise your box wont work properly. Or if your getting 2mb maybe you should consider upgrading your internet a bit to enjoy better quality. If your getting 3-4mb remember to lower the quality of the film streams your watching, this is explained in the box sets section. Also before you contact us saying your box is running slow, restart your router, unplug it from the mains for a minute, you should do this once a week anyway, routers clog up with junk just the same way laptops do. MY REMOTE CONTROL WONT DO ANYTHING Make sure its got batteries AND theyre the right way round, and make sure you are POINTING IT AT THE BOX NOT THE TV. (this happens a lot). IVE UPDATED MY BOX BUT IT JUST GOES BACK TO THE RESET SCREEN AND WHEN I GO BACK INTO VIDEO ADDONS THERES A BIG LIST IN THERE THAT WASNT BEFORE. This means it has down loaded but hasnt changed the skin. To solve this go to SYSTEM along form video addons, press it then press APPEARANCE, then press SKIN CONFLUENCE and change it to AEON NEOX then "keep these changes". Press return, return and your done. Remember re-starting your router and your box solves most problems IF YOUVE TRIED ALL THIS AND YOUR STILL HAVING PROBLEMS, CONTUCT US ON THE GROUP HAPPY VIEWING
