Start on any note in the lo to middle register. Buzz the fisrt five notes of the major scale. Which scale you start on doesn't matter as long as it is all ithin your range. Repeat 3x total. Move up or don y half steps to the next scale. Completely close the end of your mouthpiece ith your finger or palm so no air can escape. Try to uzz as if you are playing normally. No uzz should e created; hoever, your emochure muscles should engage as if you are playing. Repeat -5x.
