// ABOUT US Starting from humble beginnings in 2001 housed in a 150m2 we now operate from a 1200m2 factory to which we moved to in 2010. 2008// We incorporated in-house steel fabrication, high quality spray booth facilities to meet our client s needs. 2012// A 3 axis CNC router was added to our manufacturing capabilities 2014// Due to requests for a number of our clients we have added project management, design and also a full turnkey operation to our clients Woodwork Specialists manufacture for the retail, commercial, corporate and domestic sectors. We manufacture and install customised shop fitting for small to medium sized stores. We also manufacture bespoke office furniture, boardroom tables and most domestic furniture requirements. Since establishment, the company has undertaken various projects across South Africa and have furniture pieces in homes in Europe and North America. The company has its own dedicated manufacturing facilities in Killarney Gardens, Cape Town, South Africa.

Making use of a range of finishing products including AC Lacquers, polyurethane, 2K, water based finishes and natural wax application. We are renowned in the industry for our quality spray finish.

Making use of sophisticated modelling and tooling software which is capable of creating 3D shapes and machining a variety of materials including laminates, perspex, solid woods, MDF and chipboard for cabinets, counters, signage, displays and concept design products & capable of horizontal and vertical drilling for flatpack products. Flat Bed CNC- 1860x3600. Capable of cutting full sheets to you re required dimensions.

Product design, cake toppers, coasters, invitations, photobooth props, corporate gifts, signage the list goes on. We will work with you from start to finish making use of various professional design software to ensure you a quality end product. Our Laser cutter is capable of cutting & engraving a wide variety of materials such as 1-10mm perspex, UHI, paper, card, wood, cork & leather.
