All the machine work, assembly, and quality control functions are done in a SHODA factory. Various variations are offered to best match machine, ATC, and purpose. An ATC equipped router makes performing milling, boring, drilling, and even tapping operations in easy succession. We offer several types of ATCs to provide the best match. The T-slotted table is cast, properly hardened, and machined with precision. Matched with a properly sized vacuum pump, our box structure is designed to provide the most efficient suction system, and is ideally suited for affixing flat panels. All SHODA routers are equipped with SHODA spindles. From the beginning, SHODA has designed and developed our own spindles. With an early eye on high frequency motor development and maximizing vibration suppression, SHODA was the first to develop a 20,000 and then 30,000-rpm spindle. Additionally, we maintain stable rotary control from the low to high spindle speeds and utilize spindle and AC motors with the highest low-end torque. SHODA spindles are close tolerance machined to minimize vibration and ensure decades of reliability and performance. A signal lamp on all of our CNC routers clearly indicates to the operator that the spindle has stopped. This signal lamp device meets strict American OSHA safety requirements.
