We guarantee the iginal purchaser that all parts and components are free from defects in material and wkmanship under nmal use. (Defects are defined as any imperfection that may prohibit the proper use of the cabinets.) This warranty is expressly limited to the repair replacement of the defective component parts at our discretion. Our liability is expressly limited to the cost of the material f the repair replacement of defective cabinets. This warranty does not cover the cost of assembly, installation, removal, subsequent damage, transptation of the defective product t regardless of whether the wk was perfmed by a contract, service company, consumer. This warranty applies only to nmal use. Product used f commercial purposes is excluded. Further, this warranty does not apply to defects caused by improper assembly disassembly, intentional damage, misuse, product modifications, exposure to the elements, accidents, negligence. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty may last the exclusion and / limitations of incidental and / consequential damages. Therefe, the above limitations may not apply.
