OPENING AN ACCOUNT All new accounts must complete or provide a company profile and submit a credit application. New accounts are subject to corporate review and approval. MINIMUM PURCHASE REQUIREMENTS: Sferra has a very reasonable opening order minimum of $500.00. MINIMUMS FOR REORDERS: A $150 minimum is required per reorder. Special/Custom Orders: Requires minimum 50% deposit. Custom orders may not be canceled for any reason once we have put the order into production. Fabric by the Yard: All fabric cuts of less than 5 yards are subject to a 15% up charge. PRICING: Prices may be subject to change without prior notice. Prices for custom sizes should be confirmed prior to placing an order. Purchase orders without prices are subject to the current prevailing price of the merchandise upon receipt. Payment Terms for NET 30 Customers: Payment must be received in our Edison, NJ office on or before 30 days after the date of the invoice. The date of the invoice is the same date your shipment leaves our Edison, NJ warehouse. Delayed payment is subject to a finance charge of 18% per annum. Credit Card Customers: Credit cards will only be accepted as a method of payment if we have a valid credit card on file and permission to charge the card as shipments are made, without contacting the account each time a shipment is made.
