ALWAYS REMOVE THE TV AND OTHER EQUIPMENT FROM THE FURNITURE PRIOR TO MOVING THE ASSEMBLED UNIT.! BE CAREFUL WHEN MOVING THE ASSEMBLED FURNITURE AFTER THE GLASS SHELVES HAVE BEEN INSTALLED, AS THIS MAY CAUSE THE SHELVES TO BECOME UNSECURED AND FALL.! WHEN IN USE, THIS FURNITURE MUST BE PLACED ON A FLAT, SOLID AND LEVEL SURFACE.! DO NOT LEAN ON THE TV WHEN IT IS ON THE TV STAND.! DO NOT CLIMB OR STEP ON THE STAND.! DO NOT BANG INTO OR PLACE YOUR OWN WEIGHT ON THE GLASS SHELF.! DO NOT PLACE ITEMS ON THE SHELVES WHICH EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WEIGHT LIMITS OF 125 LBS. FOR TELEVISION, AND 50 LBS. EACH FOR MIDDLE AND LOWER GLASS SHELVES

Assembly Instructions NOTE: TWO PEOPLE ARE RECOMMENDED TO ASSEMBLE THIS TABLE. Fig. 1 A. PLACE the Flat Panel Mounting System Post (A) upright as shown. Working from the rear, PLACE the Right & Left Legs (B & C) up against the rear of the Mounting System Post's base as shown in Fig. 1. B. PLACE the Bottom Shelf Support Arch (E) between the Right & Left Legs (B & C) as shown in Fig. 1. C. INSERT the Top Shelf Support Arch (D) between the Right & Left Legs (B & C), and down into the open slots in the tops of the Legs as shown. ATTACH the Top Shelf Support Arch to the Legs using four 15mm Bolts (1) and the supplied Allen Key Tool. DO NOT TIGHTEN FULLY AT THIS POINT. D. INSERT the extended ends of the base of the Flat Panel Mounting System Post (A) into the rectangular holes located in the rear bottom of the Right and Left Legs (B & C). ATTACH both Legs to the Mounting System Post using four 50mm Bolts (2) and four 15mm bolts (3) as shown in Fig. 1. DO NOT TIGHTEN FULLY AT THIS POINT. E. ATTACH the Adjustable Leveling Foot (5) to the hole in the underside of the Bottom Shelf Support Frame (E) and ATTACH Bottom Shelf Support Frame to the Right & Left Legs (B & C) using four 15mm Bolts (1) as shown in Fig. 1 using one of the supplied Allen Key Tools. DO NOT TIGHTEN FULLY AT THIS POINT.. F. Once all components have been securely fitted and attached, go back and FULLY TIGHTEN all bolts using the supplied Allen Key Tools. G. SCREW an Adjustable Glass Pad (4) into the hole in the center of the Top Shelf Support Arch (D).

H. ATTACH the Top Shelf Support Bar (G) to the Flat Panel Mounting System Post (A) and the Top Shelf Support Arch (D) as shown in Fig. 2. INSERT the Bar through the hole in the mesh of the Mounting System Post (A) and SECURE with two 25mm Bolts (13). SECURE the Bar (G) to the Arch (D) with two 10mm Screws (7) as shown. Fig. 2 I. INSERT the two Plastic Leg Caps (6) down into the open ends at the top of each Right and Left Leg (B & C). APPLY downward pressure until in place. J. ATTACH the two Cable Management Covers (F) to the rear of the Flat Panel Mounting System Post (A) by inserting the metal tabs on the Covers into the slots in the back of the Mounting System Post as shown in Fig. 2 and sliding them down into place. When the stand is fully assembled and components are placed on it, these Covers can be used to manage and conceal wires and interconnect cables. K. PLACE two Large Glass Pads (9) centered on the tops of the Plastic Leg Caps (6), as shown in Fig. 3. Fig. 3 L. PLACE three Small Glass Pads (10) along the top edge of the Bottom Shelf Support Arch (E), and two more Small Glass Pads (10) on the top edge of the extended ends of the base of the Flat Panel Mounting System Post (A), as shown in Fig. 3. M. With the help of an assistant, MOVE the stand to the location it will occupy when fully assembled and in use. NOTE: IT IS IMPORTANT TO MAKE SURE THE AD- JUSTABLE GLASS PAD (4) IN THE UPPER SHELF SUPPORT ARCH (D) WILL PROPERLY SUPPORT THE TOP GLASS SHELF (K) BEFORE MOVING ON TO THE NEXT STEP. TURN THIS GLASS PAD CLOCKWISE OR COUNTER-CLOCKWISE TO AD- JUST THE HEIGHT SO THAT IT IS LEVEL WITH THE TWO LARGE GLASS PADS (9). NOTE: USE THE ADJUSTABLE LEVELING FOOT (5) TO ENSURE THAT THE FURNITURE IS LEVEL ON THE FLOOR AND THAT THE BOTTOM SHELF SUP- PORT ARCH (E) IS PROPERLY SUPPORTED BE- FORE MOVING ON TO THE NEXT STEP.

Fig. 4 N. CAREFULLY PLACE the Bottom Glass Shelf (J) onto the Bottom Shelf Support Arch (E) as shown in Fig. 4. Make sure the rear edge of the Glass Shelf securely rests on the top edge of the extended base of the Flat Panel Mounting System Post (A). O. CAREFULLY PLACE the Top Glass Shelf (K) onto the Top Shelf Support Arch (D) as shown. Make sure the rear edge of the Glass Shelf securely rests on the supporting lip of the Flat Panel Mounting System Post (A). P. SECURE the Top Glass Shelf (K) to the Flat Panel Mounting System Post (A) by inserting two 8mm Screws (11) up through the holes in the supporting lip of the Flat Panel Mounting System Post and into the silver disks in the Top Glass Shelf. Tighten the Screws using one of the supplied Allen Key Tools, BUT DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN. Q. Working from the rear of the assembly, INSERT the plastic T-Pin (12) into the hole in the rear edge of the Bottom Glass Shelf (J) to prevent the shelf from being removed. Fig. 5 NOTE: THE T-PIN IS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE SECURITY TO THE GLASS SHELF WHILE ALLOWING FOR QUICK AND EASY REMOVAL. HOW- EVER, IT WILL NOT PREVENT THE GLASS SHELF FROM SHIFTING OR BECOMING DISLODGED. USE CAUTION WHEN MOVING ASSEMBLED STAND.

Mounting the Television NOTE: TWO PEOPLE ARE RECOMMENDED TO MOUNT THE TV TO THE STAND Fig. 6 Rear of Flat Panel TV I 8 H R. CHOOSE the correct size Flat Panel TV Mounting Bars (H or I) that BEST FITS THE SIZE OF YOUR TV. Two sizes of Mounting Bars (27" & 32") have been provided. S. With the screw posts of the Top Mounting Bar (I) facing away from the TV, CENTER and ALIGN the Mounting Bar with the upper mounting holes on the rear of your TV. SECURE the Bar to the TV using the screws that were included with your TV. If you do not have these screws, there is an assortment of common sizes included with this Flat Panel Mounting System. Use a washer and the proper screws as shown in Fig. 6. T. REPEAT this procedure for the correct size Bottom Mounting Bar (H). TIGHTEN FULLY BUT DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN. NOTE: IF THE TV BACK IS NOT FLAT YOU MAY HAVE TO USE A LONGER SCREW ALONG WITH THE SPACERS THAT ARE ALSO INCLUDED WITH THE HARDWARE. U. Two Round Nuts (8) have been preinstalled to the two extending bolts in the TOP Mounting Bar (I). Make sure they are only screwed on about half way at this point. This step ensures a safe and easy TV installation later. V. USING TWO PEOPLE, HOLD the TV with the attached Mounting Bars (H or I) up to the assembled Flat Panel Mounting System to the approximate height location where you want the TV to be mounted to determine the desired location of the Top and Bottom Mounting Brackets, which came preinstalled on the Flat Panel Mounting System Post (A). If necessary, adjust the positions of these Brackets using one of the supplied Allen Key Tools.

Fig. 7 8 8 W. USING TWO PEOPLE TO HOLD THE TV, INSERT the TOP Mounting Bar (I) into the desired keyholes located in the TOP Bracket of the Flat Panel Mounting System Post (A) as shown in Fig. 7. X. INSERT the extending bolts of the BOTTOM Mounting Bar (H) in the BOTTOM Bracket slots as shown in Fig. 7 and SECURE by tightening all Round Nuts (8) by hand.

Warranty One (1) Year Limited Warranty All Bell O International products are warranted, with the exception of glass, to the original purchaser at the time of purchase and for a period of one (1) year thereafter. Glass is warranted to the original purchaser at the time of purchase and for a period of thirty (30) days thereafter. Warranty is only valid in the United States of America. In order to provide you with timely assistance, please thoroughly inspect your furniture for missing or defective parts immediately after opening the carton. To receive replacement or missing part(s) under this warranty, go to our website at www.bello.com or call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-235-7646. Please have the model number and part number(s) for reference. You will also need your sales receipt or other proof of purchase. Replacement part(s) will be shipped to you at no charge with Bell O International assuming all shipping and handling expense. We warrant to you, the original purchaser, that our furniture and all of its parts and components are free of defects in material or workmanship. "Defects", as used in this warranty, is defined as any imperfections that impair the use of the furniture or product. Our warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of furniture parts and components. For one (1) year after the date of purchase, Bell O International will replace any part described on the enclosed furniture parts list that is defective in material or workmanship. This warranty applies under conditions of normal use. Our furniture products are not intended for outdoor use. The warranty does not cover: 1) defects caused by improper assembly or disassembly; 2) defects caused by shipping, claims for damage during transit to you should be placed immediately by you to the transportation company; 3) defects occurring after purchase due to product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or exposure to the elements; 4) cosmetic damage and 5) labor or assembly costs. There are no warranties, express or implied, including without limitation merchantability or fitness for particular use, except as (i) contained herein or (ii) required by applicable law in the state whose law governs (which shall be New Jersey absent controlling law imposing the law of another state in lieu thereof as governing law). All warranties of whatsoever derivation shall be limited to the term set forth above, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Manufacturer s employees or representatives ORAL OR OTHER WRITTEN STATEMENTS DO NOT CONSTITUTE WARRANTIES, shall not be relied upon by Buyer, and are not a part of the contract for sale or this limited warranty. Except as provided herein, Bell O International shall have no liability or responsibility to the purchaser or any other person or entity with respect to any liability, loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by use of the product, including, but not limited to, any incidental or consequential damages.
