WSOPC TOURNAMENTS FROM APRIL 20 TH TO MAY 1 ST, 2016 2 For the one thousand six hundred seventy-five dollar ($1 675) Tournaments, the amount of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1 500) is assigned to the purse, and one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175) are assigned to administrative fees and as a gratuity for the dealers; 4. Third party registration is not permitted, with the exception of those submitted by an official sponsor of the WSOP, an official commercial partner of the WSOP, or by an official operating license holder of the WSOP. 5. The SCQ will require each participant to present a valid form of government-issued photo ID before registration. 6. To participate in a Tournament, the participant is required to be a Casino Privilege member and have his card with him before the start of the Tournament. Membership in the Casino Privilege club is free of charge. Details are available at our service counter. 7. Montreal Casino may limit the number of entries into any WSOPC Tournament and may award entries into any Tournament through any means it deems appropriate. 8. Subject to the application of Section 19, if appropriate, each participant may register only once (1). Registration is non-transferable. 9. Third-party representation at the Tournament is strictly prohibited. 10. Employees of the Société des casinos du Québec inc. ( SCQ ) may not participate in Tournaments. 11. Re-Entry is allowed once per participant, during Day 1A or 1B of Tournament #9, insofar as he is eliminated before level 13. Players may re-enter these Tournaments by registering at the WSOPC Registration area. 12. Position assignments at the start of the Tournament and at the beginning of the final game, if any, will be determined by random draw. 13. Each participant will be responsible for verifying that the information on his registration sheet and on his assignment sheet is correct. 14. All participants begin Tournament play at the same time. 15. Registration after the start signal, if an unoccupied position remains available, is open until the ninth level for all Tournaments except for Tournament 6 and 9, which will be open until the start of level 13. If there is a player break at the end of the registration period, registration will remain open until the Tournament resumes play. The stake for that participant will be as indicated in Section 20. 16. A participant registering for multiple Tournaments and who reaches Day Two, subsequent days or the final table of a particular Tournament, may transfer his or her buy-in for the subsequent Tournament or for another Tournament, or may also receive a refund, upon request, provided that the transfer or refund is approved by a tournament supervisor and initiated prior to the beginning of the Tournament for which a transfer or refund is being requested. A participant may also decide to play two Tournaments simultaneously, by his choice, with the appropriate

WSOPC TOURNAMENTS FROM APRIL 20 TH TO MAY 1 ST, 2016 3 effects of his absence at one of the tables. In this case, the arrangements indicated in article 18 will be applied. 17. If a participant is absent at the beginning of a Tournament, all blinds and antes will be removed from his chip stack at each hand. After five (5) minutes have elapsed, if only one participant remains at the table, the dealer button will be moved from one position to the next every two minutes, and the participant will win the small blind, big blind and antes. This process will continue until a second participant starts playing. If a participant arrives and still has chips, he can play them at the table. 18. Registered participants who arrive after the start signal may join a Tournament although they must take into consideration that the dealer will have collected chips in the amount of each blind and ante that would have been played had the participant been present. However, participants will be deemed to have dropped out of the Tournament and forfeited his registration fee as soon as one of the two following situations occurs: 1) their stake is insufficient to cover the blind they would have had to play were they present, or 2) their rank during the Tournament, had they been present, would have qualified them to win a Tournament prize. 19. In all Tournaments, if no unoccupied positions are available, participants may, up until the end of the level 9, have their names added to a waiting list for a chance to play in a Tournament should a position become available following a participant s elimination, except for Tournament 6 and 9 where it is possible until the start of level 13. The stake for that participant will be as indicated in Section 20. 20. At the beginning of a Tournament, each participant will receive ten thousand dollars ($10 000) for the $365 Tournaments, twelve thousand dollars ($12 000) for the $580 Tournaments, fifteen thousand dollars ($15 000) for the $1 125 Tournament, and twenty thousand dollars ($20 000) for the $1 675 Tournament, in non-cashable tournament chips. 21. During a Tournament, tournament chips must remain in the designated chip area on the table and in sight of other participants at all times. 22. No re-buys will be permitted during a Tournament. 23. The game category will be no limit. 24. For the first hand of a Tournament, at each table, as well as for the first hand of the final game at the table designated for that purpose, the dealer button will be placed on the first position on the dealer s right. 25. Bet amounts will increase at specific intervals according to the Betting Table presented in annex A. 26. Breaks are indicated in the structure of each Tournament. 27. Participants must place their bets, whether or not they are present, in accordance with the rounds indicated in annex A, for every round until they exhaust their supply of chips. If the participant is absent, the dealer will take blind bet amounts from the participant s chips.

WSOPC TOURNAMENTS FROM APRIL 20 TH TO MAY 1 ST, 2016 4 28. Participants absent from the table when the last card of the initial deal is distributed will be deemed to have folded their hand. 29. Chips may not be transferred and no association among participants will be tolerated. 30. During the Tournament, the Tournament Supervisor will balance out the number of participants at each table as places become available due to elimination. 31. The Tournament supervisor may ask any participant to move from one table to a designated position at another table. That person must promptly move to the new position. 32. The participant thus moved must assume the responsibilities of the newly-assigned seat. However, if the newly-assigned seat is between the Small Blind and the dealer s button, the participant must wait for the button before he is dealt his cards. 33. The participant to be moved will be the next in line to place the Big Blind at the table. When a table is closed to reassign participants to other tables, position reassignment will be determined by random draw. 34. When the number of non-eliminated participants approaches the number required for the final round and/or the number of Tournament prizes, games will be played one at a time until the appropriate number of participants is reached. 35. Once the number of participants required for the final game has been reached, their position assignment at the table designated for the final game will be determined by random draw. 36. Participants exhibiting inappropriate behaviour may be penalized. Penalties include: verbal warning, time-out from playing an increasing number of rounds and disqualification. Penalties applied will be entirely at the Tournament Supervisor s discretion. 37. When more than one participant is eliminated in a single Tournament game, the participant who started the hand with the biggest stake will be considered as ranking highest among concerned participants. If their stakes at the start of the game were equal, those participants will share the same rank and, if appropriate, the prize amount corresponding to that rank. It is understood that there may not be a tie for 1 st place. 38. In the last stage of a Tournament, participants in the final game who have the most chips will receive, if appropriate, a Tournament prize matching their rank as indicated in the Prize Distribution table corresponding to the number of Tournament participants. The participant who finishes the Tournament with all the chips will be declared the first (1 st ) place winner and will receive the first (1 st ) prize, as indicated in the Prize Distribution table. The other participants will receive, if appropriate, the remaining prizes according to their rank at elimination, as described in the table in annex B. 39. The SCQ will demand from each participant to present a valid form of government-issued photo ID before receiving a prize, if any. 40. Prizes must be accepted as is and may not be redeemed for cash, exchanged or transferred. 41. The SCQ reserves the right to replace the prize with another of equal value.
