Nerium Real Results Party Toolkit 1 How to Plan and Host a Nerium Real Results Party Congratulations! You now own your own business! The best way to successfully launch your business is a Real Results Party. Don t be nervous; hosting your first party is easy, and above all, it s fun! The purpose of a Nerium Real Results Party (RRP) is to give a high-level overview presentation of Nerium and its products and opportunity. With today s economy, the whole world is looking for a financial opportunity that is real: A company based upon truth, not marketing hype. Nerium International is that opportunity! This booklet is a step-by-step success guide you should follow for every RRP. This is not meant to be a high-pressure sales environment. It s a party! Relax, have fun and let s get this party started! Real Results Parties are an opportunity to share Nerium s products and business opportunity. Manage your guests expectations; let them know that there s an opportunity attached to our products. 3UR Free parties are designed to highlight products only. See page 8 for complete details. Plan Ahead 1. Book your party. One of the most important steps is just to get your party scheduled. Don t delay! 2. Invite guests. The general rule of thumb is to invite 3 4 times as many people as your target guest attendance number. Don t worry about packing the room. Every successful person started with a small party. It s just part of the process of starting a new business. 3. Be excited. Your enthusiasm will reflect your commitment to Nerium. No one likes to miss a fun party, so let your excitement shine through. It helps to stand up and smile while you are on the phone inviting your guests, so you can make sure your energy comes through the phone. 4. Send an invite. You can send out a festive invitation for your event to help build anticipation among your guests. We recommend you use the Real Results Party invitations located in the Nerium Communications Center. Then you can track who opens your party invitation. You can also create an event for your party on Facebook! 5. Follow up with a phone call. Personally invite all your guests. Phone calls yield the best results. How do you invite? It s easy: just ask! Example: Hi <insert name>, it s <insert your name>. Do you have a couple of minutes? I m hosting a party at <insert location> on <insert day> with some close friends, and I wanted to make sure to include you! I just discovered a great skincare product. I want you to come check out this great product that has an even better business opportunity! The party will be about an hour at the most. I d love for you to bring a friend if you d like; the more the merrier! Can I count on you to join us on <insert time and date>? Great! I ll be sending you information in an email as well. I look forward to seeing you on <insert date>. Thanks!

Example: Hi <insert name>, I just wanted to remind you about my party on <insert day> at <insert time>. I m really excited that you re able to join me. It s going to be lots of fun. I m really looking forward to seeing you on <insert day>, and feel free to bring a friend. Thanks! Make sure you know the information that will be shared with your guests. 2. Pick Your Party. Simple is best. Hosting a Real Results Party is an informative and FUN way to share Nerium with your friends and family! Create your own party theme or use one of ours. Some examples include coffee and dessert, lemonade and cookies or wine and cheese. 3. Secure your expert for your party. This is someone in your upline leadership who can help answer questions and provide third-party credibility for your party. They can attend in person, by phone or even via video conference. Write down 3 5 bullet points on your expert s story or background so you can introduce them. 4. Be prepared. Ensure that all DVD components are working and you have all needed supplies for your party. If you plan to stream The Nerium Experience Presentation to your TV from your computer, make sure you download the presentation the day before. If you are video conferencing with your expert, coordinate ahead of time. 5. Practice your hosting welcome. Be sure to include: Why you got started with Nerium Your results with Nerium products Your Nerium goals Example: Say something like, Hello! Welcome everyone! I am excited to share with you how Nerium can help you look better and even drive a Lexus! Before we get started, let s get to know each other. I got started with Nerium to get my own age-defying results and to earn additional monthly income for my family. I have seen amazing results with Nerium products, and I have earned <a free ipad, Lexus Car Bonus, etc. Don t worry if you haven t earned these yet!>. My goal for my Nerium business is to <motivation for starting Nerium, e.g. save for a dream vacation with my family>.

Don t forget to have the following materials available at your party: Real Results Party sign-in sheet Pens with Preferred Customer and Brand Partner applications on a table (clipboards are optimal, but not required) The Nerium Experience Presentation A few Success from Home magazines RECAP: Watch The Nerium Experience Presentation \ Pick your party \ Secure your expert \ Be prepared \ Practice your hosting welcome intro \ Get your materials ready Party Day 1. Don t stress. There is no need to rearrange the furniture. Guests should fill the existing seating areas first. If needed, pull in extra chairs from the dining room, or even have a few throw pillows for the floor. The key is to keep everyone seated in one area. 2. Be ready. As the host, you should be ready about 30 45 minutes prior to start time to relax, prepare to have fun and enjoy the party. 3. Get online. We recommend having a way to access the Internet so you can electronically enroll new Brand Partners or Preferred Customers. RECAP: Don t stress \ Be ready \ Get online Party Time 1. Set out Real Results Party sign-in sheets. It s important that you have each person sign in at the party. That way, you can capture their latest contact information, as well as know which elements of Nerium they are the most interested in. 2. Lay out marketing materials and paper applications with pens. Having a few marketing materials, such as Success from Home magazine, laying around for people to look through before the party helps to generate interest. Make sure to also have paper applications and pens sitting out to encourage prospects to sign up. NEW 3. Have The Nerium Experience Presentation menu playing. Put in The Nerium Experience Presentation DVD. The menu will appear and automatically start showing some of the best pictures that display how Nerium products can help anyone look better and live better. Leave this playing until you start the presentation. 4. Start on time. It is important to respect your guests time. Even if you are still waiting on a few guests, make sure to start your presentation no later than 10 minutes after your scheduled start time.

4 Nerium Real Results Party Toolkit 5. Share your hosting welcome. (See page 2 for instructions.) The most important element of your hosting welcome is to be excited and keep it short. Don t worry about making it perfect! 6. Interact with guests. After you have completed your welcome, ask your guests to introduce themselves to the group and share how they know you. 7. Play the presentation. Simply press The Nerium Experience Presentation on your DVD menu, then sit back, watch the video and make sure you are engaged with the video so that your guests pay attention as well. Optional step: After the video plays, if you have an expert live at the party, you can let your guests experience Nerium Age-Defying Night Cream. If you do so, it is easiest to wet their hand with a damp cloth and apply a few pumps of Night Cream. Let them know there is a botanical scent and that they will feel it tighten on their hand. 8. Introduce your expert. At this point, introduce your expert, following the points that you wrote down about their background or story. If your expert is not in attendance, simply call or video conference them then introduce them as if they were there in person! Don t use ranks or references like upline in your introduction, since guests will not understand what that means. Use the following elements in your introduction: Name Background/Occupation (e.g., teacher/military) List a few accomplishments (e.g., has helped a lot of people earn their Lexus Car Bonus, has earned a Lexus Car Bonus with Nerium, is able to enjoy time freedom because of his/her Nerium business, etc.) Show appreciation (e.g., I appreciate him/her for taking time out of his/her busy schedule to help me with my party.) Most importantly, be genuine and honest in your description. Speak from the heart. Push Play and get out of the way! Example: I want to introduce you all to someone I work with who loves helping people and is very knowledgeable about our products and business. <He or she> has earned a Lexus Car Bonus with Nerium and has helped many others do the same! Please welcome <insert name> to our party! 9. Let the expert close the party. They will let guests know there are three options at the end of the presentation. Ask for the sale Option 1. Thank you for inviting me; however, this is not for me. Reply: We know this is not for everyone. In order to help your party host, might you be able to refer some people you know who might find this company/product intriguing? Option 2. I am excited to use this product! Reply: We can enroll you as a Preferred Customer tonight and help get you on the road towards earning your Nerium Product for free!

Reply: We can enroll you as a Brand Partner and get your personalized website set up tonight! Answer any questions and enroll guests. Tip: As the DVD plays, quickly review your sign-in sheet so you know the hot buttons that your guests checked off so you can personalize the information you provide to that particular guest. Book more parties. If you have any Preferred Customers or Brand Partners enroll at your party, it is very important that you immediately book their first party within 48 72 hours. Tip: Your Real Results Party should follow the schedule below: 1. Mix and mingle: 5 10 minutes 3. The Nerium Experience Presentation: 25 minutes 2. Hosting welcome: 2 minutes 4. Expert Closing: 5 minutes 5. 6 Nerium Real Results Party Toolkit After the Party 1. Process orders. If you took any paper applications, you will need to process those applications within 24 hours of the event. Fax them in to 214-390-9988. 2. Follow up. The fortune is in the follow-up, so don t skip this step! It is important to follow up with every guest. Thank them for attending or placing an order. If they have follow-up questions, provide them with an additional third-party tool and enlist the help of your upline leader, if needed. Send targeted messages. Make sure you send targeted campaigns through Nerium Communications Center to the guests who did not sign-up based on what they selected on their sign-in sheet. If they were only interested in the product, send them the Product Prospect email campaign. If they were interested in the product and the business, send them the Business Prospect email campaign. These are both located in the Email Campaign section of Nerium Communications Center. 3. Contact those who did not attend. Call them immediately after your party and provide them with another third-party tool. Also, tell them you wish they could have made it to the party, but you would still like to share the information with them. If you have another RRP in the next few days, invite them. Otherwise, make an appointment to meet for coffee or lunch within the next 24 48 hours. 4. Treat your business as a business. But don t forget to have fun, too! In the beginning, you may feel a bit overwhelmed, and that s okay. We all started at the same place, so don t be afraid to ask for help and guidance from your upline leader. Be confident, enthusiastic and above all else: real. Because the best you is the real you! Hosting Option. If you have extra product on hand, you can contact those who did not enroll and offer them the chance to get a free bottle from your inventory by hosting a party for you! If they have five guests, you give them a bottle for free! This helps spread the word about your business, and anyone enrolling at his or her party would be your Preferred Customer or Brand Partner! They have experience with Nerium and can help answer any questions. 2. They have a personal Nerium testimonial they can share with your audience. 3. Your guests will see that they don t have to do everything on their own if they start a Nerium business. They will have other people to help them, just like you do! EXPERT ASSISTANCE The expert at your party has five responsibilities: 1. Share their Nerium testimonial. 4. Help you enroll new Brand Partners and Preferred Customers. 2. Explain options for joining Nerium. 5. Have fun with you! 3. Answer questions. 3UR Free Parties A 3UR Free Party is held with the goal of helping your Preferred Customer qualify for the 3UR Free program. You should host this party for them. The focus is solely on the product and gathering new Preferred Customers. The more 3UR Free Parties you hold for your Preferred Customers, the more Preferred Customers you will have qualifying for 3UR Free, and the higher your customer retention will be. When hosting a 3UR Free Party, follow the same system with the following minor adjustments. 3UR Free Pre-Party When you or the host are inviting guests to the party, focus only on the product.
