Utopia 56 needs a lot of volunteers in Paris and you would be the most welcome. Just be aware that we cannot help for accommodations in Paris (unfortunately). We just have a very few place for young volunteers who come to help at least two weeks for a significant help. A request needs to be done by mail, at utopia56.paris@gmail.com. When you will come to help, you will be welcomed and will do that under the supervision of the coordinators and the long terms in charge of volunteers. Your tasks and instructions to follow, will be explained to you. A briefing is made during the first 15 minutes of all frame times. So, it is important to arrive in time and to send an sms if you are late of if you have change your mind. When can I come to help? NEW SHIFTS MORNING from 9h to 13h (7 days/week): breakfast distribution, preparation of distributions, accompaniments of refugees put in shelters on the previous night EVENING from 18h30 to 22h: Thuesday, Thursday, Friday & Sunday : distribution of foods with help for the file. Monday & Wenesday : same missions as the Night team. NIGHT from 18h30 to 2h (7 days/week): accompaniments, bring to shelter, distribution of covers. How to come to the Camp de la Chapelle with Utopia 56 in Paris? To come to help Porte de la Chapelle, Utopia members have to be indicated in the planning. Only members may come to help for insurance reasons. So, if you come with friends, please make sure they have become members. 1) Register in the planning Porte de la Chapelle online (Tab come and help) MORNING from 9h to 13h (Sunday 10h00) EVENING from 18h30 to 22h NIGHT from 18h30 to 2h 2) You simply come to our new adress at the time(s) that you have indicated. There is no mail of confirmation. 3) The new address is: 56 bd Ney - Métro Porte de la Chapelle (Ligne 12) (exit 1 bd Ney). 4) Come at the gate. You will see Utopia 56 volunteers (with white bibs), introduce yourself, indicate that you come for the first time, take a white bib. You will be welcomed and helped.
