DEPARTMENT 19 ART/PHOTOGRAPHY/CRAFTS 1. Paint-by-number will not be accepted. 2. Entries must be done by the exhibitor only. 3. No paintings or drawings larger than 16 x 20 will be accepted. All artwork can be matted or framed but must be ready to hang. 4. ALL PHOTOS ARE TO BE MOUNTED ON A CARDBOARD MATTE ONLY, NO METAL OR PLASTIC FRAMES. The fair will provide the clip to hang all photos. Entries can not exceed 11x14. 5. Photography entries in the adult & teen classes must be an 8 x 10 print (before being matted) 6. Photography entries in the children s classes cannot be larger than 5 x 7 print (before being matted). 7. No digital enhancements will be allowed. 8. All digital and 35mm photographs will be judged in the same class. 9. Entries will not be accepted from individuals in the hobby craft business or considered as professionals. 10. Limit of five (5) entries per section per exhibitor and one entry per class in the section. For example, in Section 1B Photography, exhibitors may have five (5) entries, whether color, black & white, or digital, a total of 5 photographs. 11. Only articles made from September 2016 through August 2017 are acceptable. 12. No models by adults will be accepted. 13. No showcase display of articles will be accepted. 14. Size Requirements: Due to space availability Lego s & Knex can not exceed 11 x14 and no higher than 11 inches. All Lego s MUST be glued together (Elmers glue is suggested). Puzzles should not exceed 11 x14 in size. 15. ENTRY AND JUDGING: Exhibits accepted on Saturday, Aug.19, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. or Sunday, Aug. 20, 1 to 5 p.m. Released with carryout items at 10 p.m., Saturday, Aug.26 16.
