ITU R Publication Related to Space Radio Monitoring ITU R Resolution: RESOLUTION ITU R 23 3 Extension of the International Monitoring System to a worldwide scale. Res. ITU R 23 is included in provisions of RR Article 16 International monitoring; In the resolves part Cooperation and exchange of monitoring information between monitoring stations concerning space station emissions in order to settle the harmful interference is encouraged.
